criticism tells a person what is wrong without regards to that person, it doesnt tell the person how to do the right thing and most of the time it doesnt refer to something done lawfully or unlawfully.
rebuke is when you consider the person and their actions. You tell them what they did wrong so they can be right/better in accordance to law(s). it is correction for the sake of betterment.

1: the person she refers to loves her and they are in a relationship, no coersion or threatening involved.
2: she is telling the other women not to talk about him to her cause she is longing for him. Or possibly that they dont stir him up to take notice of her, but that her beloved notices her of his own desire.
