I am getting "server error 521" lately during sign in. Is there a problem? It could affect debates if an argument cannot post and debate is forfeited.

I have found, via inspection, that the votes on who won a debate is way too subjective. Some votes do not reflect the contents of the debate. I saw one where the debater who used many sources was awarded NO points when the debater with NO sources was awarded points for "better sources" (?). It seems wrong.

What is the true definition of "fascism"?
Is it accurate to say it is a blend of socialism and nationalism?

Sir.Lancelot should be reinstated immediately.
This platform should be for adults.
We should not allow hurt feeling to dictate the content of the discourse.
Perhaps I am missing something, but if hurt feelings are a cause for being banned, this site might end up a a discussion between a few members, and no one else.

Instead of a leaderboard, DebateArt should have an independent psychological group rate members on their behavior.
I have noticed a number of members who seem to be borderline irrational in their comments.
It may be better to drop the leaderboard, and replace it with an independent analysis of their comments.

If an unwed mother seeks assistance from the county ( or other governmental agency ) and a father cannot be found, who pays?

In at least one State, when an unwed mother seeks government assistance, she is required to name the father. The man can then either admit to being the father, or submit to a DNA test to prove or disprove paternity. The proven father is then responsible to the county for child support etc. In some cases the woman rattles off a list of potential suspects. My question is "What happens if no father is proven? Does she still get assistance? ", and "Who pays?"
