I always find it amusing when religious people accuse atheists of being religious. All I hear is "yeah my views are ridiculous, but yours are just as bad as mine". Well, at least we agree on the standing of your views...

I think we're talking about different things when relating to "evidence" so I am going to elaborate. (although I am speaking for myself and not the person you responded to)
Yeah, imaginatively you could simply not wake up tomorrow, we never know, like you said, it happens all the time to all kinds of people. And like you said, it can happen without any obvious underlying cause.
However, that's an argument against "evidence beyond a shadow of a doubt", not a sufficient argument against "evidence beyond reasonable doubt"
I have slept and woken up for more than 11,000 days now. While there does indeed exist imaginable doubts that I will wake up tomorrow, there is not a reasonable doubt. The fact that I have woken up for more than 11,000 days and am currently in good health proves to me, beyond a reasonable doubt, that I am going to wake up tomorrow. It might not completely dispel *all* doubt, but whatever doubts there can exist, they are unreasonable. Maybe my heart suddenly and inexplicably stops during my sleep, or maybe a burglar breaks into my apartment and slits my throat without me waking up. These are imaginably possible. But they are not reasonable possibilities. And so I can sleep without fear of dying in my sleep.
Many atheists believe that gods are a human invention rather than the other way round. God didn't create us in his image, but we created gods in ours. 'It's interesting that old gods look so much like the human beings that made them. Desert dwellers invented harsh and dry austere gods.
Even the Bible narrative about God creating the universe in 6 days has been refuted by science.

You are not the first to use this fallacious argument. A lot of things happen out of nowhere in life because we didn't see it coming. If there was evidence of the next moment, we would see it. Likelihood is not evidence.

This goes against what I just said or the point I made. I'm not terrified because I have FAITH in seeing another day alive. I believe I will. I have no evidence of me being alive the next moment to make an applicable subsequent response at all. I have no evidence as I have none of which team will win the Superbowl. I can't absolutely predict the future. Again , likelihood, probability, prediction is not evidence.

I know what sleep and death is. I could die in my sleep. I could die before I go to sleep. You have no evidence of neither not happening.

I feel like you're combining atheists and agnostics. An atheist's belief is that there is absolutely NO God. An agnostic is uncertain or uncaring about whether there is a divine being. If you are an "atheist" that believes in a god in any way, shape, or form than you are not truly an atheist.
Deism is another option, where one believes that there is a god but he is largely uninvolved in the world and we have no responsibility to him.

That is a false dichotomy, a dichotomy you simply declare without proper enough supporting reason. The agnostic atheist does not believe there is God and does not believe in the non-existence of God.
