If the clearly biased jury does find him guilty, the verdict should be vacated immediately by the judge. Why?
No witness.
No evidence.
so if you get mugged in NYC by a big black guy, and there are no witnesses and no evidence other than you Identifying the witness in a lineup, he should walk right?
Even if he was caught on tape boasting how he liked to assault stupid white guys with small dicks? Even if two other disabled ex-army guys said they were also assaulted by that guy around the same time?

You identifying him, even if he has a history of assault,  is not proof. Right? Not good enough even in a civil case over him defaming you?

Trump and Carroll were not dating genius. They ran into each other at a store after meeting before briefly at a party.
Cite your sources. Cause that’s not wha the article i cited disclosed. It was more of a chance encounter than anything, according to her fantastical tale to be told.

Cite the source of your article.

So you think running into each other at a store is different than a chance encounter? Her fantastical tale she told under oath?

The source is the courtroom testimony being written down by the court stenographer

“Ms. Carroll, a longtime advice columnist for Elle magazine, told the jury how she had bumped into Mr. Trump as she was leaving Bergdorf’s after work one evening.

“He came through the door and he said, ‘Hey, you are that advice lady,’” she testified, adding that she replied, “Hey, you’re that real estate tycoon.”

She said she was delighted when he asked for her help selecting a gift for a woman. “I love to give advice, and here was Donald Trump asking me for advice about buying a present,” Ms. Carroll testified. “It was a wonderful prospect for me.”

They made their way to the lingerie section, where Mr. Trump found a bodysuit, directing her to “go put this on.” She declined and said he should put it on instead. She recalled how he motioned her over to a dressing room; she said did not see anybody else in the area”

I was ashamed,” Carroll testified about why she didn’t go public. “I thought it was my fault.” And, she said, with a daily show called “Ask E. Jean” on an obscure cable channel run by the man who went on to run Fox News, “Roger Ailes would have fired me. He was a friend of Donald Trump.”
