Yes, their deistic creator was different from God, but how many religions do you know of are based in moral values. Almost all of them actually.
So, the constitution was based in moral values.

What is it with people complaining about my age. I have a 4.0 GPA and am a grade above where I am supposed to be. I have intellectual conversations, and am able to argue very strongly against controversial ideas. Nothing to do with my age.

Yes, but in a way.

Most religions, or deistic values have the same moral values.

Look at Hinduism for example:
Hinduism believes in reincarnation, which you would have to live a good life to obtain a better reincarnation, after you die. 

Other religions bring up similar moral values, but it is what the outcome of those values is what make them all different.
