If you were in a burning building, would you rather save a plate of 15 embryo's or 1 toddler. You can only save one (of the two)
great question

fetuses can do nearly nothing in the womb, why is this even an issue?
great question
because if the right to fair and merciful treatment is defined by ability, we ought to be sociopathic in other ways as a society too,
so in your eyes someone in a coma isn't alive because of dependency?

you don't see these "pro-lifers" rushing out to provide basic services to the homeless, or prison inmates, or immigrants

Something living should have more rights than something not born yet. The unborn are like the dead, they technically don't exist.

That is torture whereas this is relatively painless slaughter (or really it's legalised murder).
I am a progressive and prison inmates have done more to deserve their situation than a fetus has.
A fetus is involuntarily incarcerated without due process.

an even better question
I don't know, place the fetus in another specialized liquid so it can keep living?
The human fetus should have more rights not less in a society that cares about passing on life on a dying planet.
Doctors readily agree that a fetus at 20 weeks and even earlier will pull away from a pin prick or other “noxious stimulus.”
