Incapacitate in this context means reducing the opponent's ability to flex/utilise their own martial art such as  awrestler being on top and trapping tjeir limbs or the grabbing and trapping of a leg in kung fu followed by offense combining with it.

Kung Fu is not about insta KO like that, it's about gradual leading up to KO. Boxing is all about blindsiding and bypassing defense.
