They have lawyers representing them in federal courts around the country.
Why would a trespassing charge take months? Why would disorderly conduct not get bail? Do you know of any Antifa/BLM thugs who were denied bail? Hell, the corrupt Democrats paid their bail.

No due process? No charges? WTF are you talking about?
Tell us the charges then. Due process calls for speedy trials and bail to be set. While Pelosi and her Democrat goons set up "investigations" into the "insurrection", not a single person arrested and held has been charged with insurrection. Is that not funny?

Stick your head outside of your liberal bubble sometime. Intelligence without information is indistinguishable from pointless blather.

And yet, politifact, a left leaning organization, agrees that Biden lied.

I posted the transcript of what Trump said, and as we see, Trump did not say anyone should drink bleach, Biden lied when he accused Trump of saying that.

When Biden was asked for the source of his claim that Trump told people to drink bleach, he hid.

But making Biden seem incoherent requires a super cut of all his greatest gaffes.
This is another one of those liberal flights from reality I can just leave up without comment.

Sure. Trump initiated the production of vaccines, and cleared away FDA red tape that would take years to approve a vaccine.

Idiot Democrats insisted that a vaccine could never be brought in time. They were wrong. Operation warp speed was all Trump.
There's a difference between allowing for rapid vaccine development - which of course Trump is credited for, and effectively distributing vaccines which Biden is responsible for.

Trump announced that we would be leaving Afghanistan. He even set the leave date. In fact, Trump vowed as a candidate to end silly wars.

The idiot move of asking the military leave before civilians and not securing military equipment was all Biden.
So he kicked the bucket down the road and didn't actually orchestrate a material withdrawal of Afghanistan?

The vaccines was Trump.

Typical clueless-ness above.

The vaccines were Moderna ---found shape of spiked protein-- that, Phizher were first to manufacture.

Then others follow the discovers that Moderna identifed and were lucky to identify that shape so earlier on out of thousands of possible shapes.

So one Democrat says it once and that = “Dems cried about” it?

BTW, you still haven’t shared where or when this occurred like I asked.

Thank you.

Now, we don't know if Trump would have also effectively distributed the vaccines, but we do know he had a plan in place. We do know however that had he not gotten the vaccines out in time, distribution would have been impossible. Of the two challenges, getting the vaccine manufactured and past FDA red tape, AND distributing the vaccines, Trump's job was more difficult, and done without any Biden's plan in place, unlike Biden who was able to use Trump's already set up system of distribution.

Please don't tempt me to call you a stupid partisan. The date was set, but was past the election. Trump could have set the date before the election, but that would have been chaos, and the Democrats would have accuse him of staging a stunt for the election.

Every president leaves with things uncompleted, but Biden bares full responsibility for the idiocy of the evacuation under his watch. We know Trump would have performed better.

Your TDS will not allow you to credit Trump, but everyone knows you as an rabid illogical partisan hack already.

Watching this withdrawal, the bitter words of George Kennan in one of his last interviews have been echoing in my head. About how foreign policy debate in this country is completely superficial and lacks any of the understanding necessary to achieve the desired results. It's a good read which shows that this rot is decades old and not a 'new thing' that came in with Biden. These are just the people that he returned to power, the 'adults in the room'. The experts. The people whose actions that Kennan, a legend in foreign policy, the man who devised our strategy to bring down the Soviet Union, lamented thusly:

''This has been my life, and it pains me to see it so screwed up in the end.''

The article is especially interesting because Kennan predicts an aggressive territorial response by Russia to NATO expansion about 15 years beforehand, at a time when such predictions were typically laughed out of the room.

One of the really telling things about Afghanistan, is that in the left there is a broad acceptance of the facts.

There’s a broadly agreed understanding that the withdrawal didn’t go very well, that Americans were left behind.

There’s a lot of stuff that Trump was responsible for, but a bunch that Biden and the administration could have done better.

There is a broad understanding it was bit of a f**k up, a little bit of anger at how few Afghanistan nationals that helped America didn’t get out; but with a general disagreement of how much blame; or anger towards whom is reasonable.

The “fake news” Biden supporting media is broadly reporting all the bad stuff that is happening, with op Ed’s criticizing the withdrawal everywhere.

On the other hand; imagine that Trump had won, and this went identically or worse.

There would be no such handwringing on the right, no such negative reporting in OAN, Hannity, etc.

The right would fall into lock step praising how Trump ended the forever war, how he did everything he could, and how this is all fake news and deep state conspiracy because of ending the military gravy train.

This is the obvious and clear weaponized hypocrisy of the right; where there is no clear and consistent standard of what is right - only who.

So Democrats win based on their estimation of how bad the Republicans would have behaved if the debacle had been theirs.

So their imaginary fault assigned to Republicans  trumps the actual fault of Democrats! Impressive no?

Before you preach about a puppeteer cult pulling strings on the News, research an openly known syndicate of news sources that all serve the agenda of Mr. Murdoch, then come back to me.

Calling BBC invalid and unreliable while lapping up everything that Fox, Sky or whatever else feeds you is simply ridiculous. Next, you'll call The Sun a broadsheet paper.

It's cheap and lazy to just shout "Fox News" at everyone you don't like. You don't know what I watch, stop pretending you do.

BBC is biased leftist news. That is a fact. The only reason BBC is on the air is because they are subsidized by the British government. But that is about to change.

That is not a fact, what is a fact is that UK overall is more left wing than the US or whichever nation you're holding as your norm, clearly.

BBC is the publicly/state endorsed and funded broadcasting corporation of the UK, it is the news provider that is designated to give important news to even the poorest of the UK. It has a competitor that is in fact not state-funded but pool-funded by donors that has zero paywall involved; The Guardian.

Over time, it has had competition from ITV News and Channel 4 News but even those channels understand their role is a 'side thing' to report only on major headlines or side-things that the BBC didn't. There of course exists Channel 5 News and all those channels come under the UK TV License fee but only BBC is entirely covered by that, the others get partial revenue from advertising and such, in fact it's not their News that is part of the package overall, it's mainly for literally the entertainment (it is seen in most of Europe that entertainment itself is almost a civil right in terms of a base level, I'm not saying I agree to this but the News and Information side of the TV liscensing I do think is important, a populace should be informed regardless of income bracket, the elderly/retired are exempt from the TV license fee, just so you know but there's still a kind of loophole as the poorest don't technically get it for free).

I read an article by Theakston. It was pretty interesting. If memory serves me right, the Bank of England's Nationalization was widely supported by Churchill. Churchill tried to convince the public by framing (especially in his time as 1945 Leader of the Opposition) Labour programmes as thoroughly his own war-time government achievements. He was lackluster in areas of party management, especially in coordinating opposition to Atlee's socialist policies. Despite having a superb line-up of shadow ministers, Churchill did not adequately use them to construct an alternative to Atlee's proposals. When finally confronted with his more capable front-bench shadow ministers on his policy stances,  Churchill said that he preferred to oppose Atlee's policies without mentioning any of the Conservative policies. The job of the opposition, according to Churchill, is to oppose rather than to make policy. That didn't stop him from using popular post-ww2 labour programmes as his own though.

Doubt this is the same as the US. British politicians are more flexible imho. Boris is far more likely to implement left-wing policies especially if the situation demands it. He doesn't strike me as a person loyal to the conservative cause.

Which is what to both love and hate about Boris, especially as a Left-Winger. He's in it for himself and has a balanced approach, he's a pragmatist who doesn't want to screw up too badly but unfortunately all his buddies/donors are corrupt so he won't do much good, we can just hope he doesn't do too much evil.

No; you either misunderstand, or simply do not want to understand my post.

What you’re doing is simply weaponized hypocrisy. What is true, what is real, who did what; doesn’t matter, it has no bearing on how you approach this conversation, or argument.

All that matters is the who.

It’s the 3 minute hate: everything the other guys do is wrong, and everything we do is right. Dissent from that line is punishable, by removal or ostracism; and all that remains is a never ending narrative that Trump is always right and The left is always wrong.

This isn’t theoretical, this is based on indisputable observation; based on things like the Syria withdrawal, or Trumps base reaction to anyone saying he did something bad.

Truth is irrelevant; all that matters is being able to find some way to defend what your guy did, and beat the other guy over the head with what they did - even if they did the same thing.

Like classic Trolls and propagandists, the best way to control a conversation through lies, is to make sure you accuse the other people of doing what you do first; and that’s what’s happening here.

The narrative that the media will do anything to support the left, and the left will believe everything Biden does is perfect is completely and totally blown out of the water; sunk and destroyed by actually looking at what’s happening, what people are saying, and how the media and the regular left are portraying and perceiving it - opeds, articles, criticism in all aspects of the left about the what’s, how and the whys, with the only debate is quite how much blame to apportion.

If Trump had won, and pulled out in May, there is almost no reason to believe it would have been any better at all; and if it were just as bad, you would be here telling everyone how well it went; with no blame being apportioned to the leader; again, not theoretical - that’s what’s happened before, that was the reaction on every almost Everything Trump has done.

Like I said; for you and the Trump die hards - facts don’t matter, the past doesn’t matter, all that matters is an endless present in which Trump is always right.

You are at war with Eastasia. You’ve always been at war with Eastasia.

Easy to second-guess what history would have been on another track, which is exactly how we get BLM, 1619 project, Watergate, and so on.

Part of the issue, is that what history would have been is irrelevant; as whatever happened, whether better or worse, it will be stoutly defended without question - this is based on past behaviour and some element of similar scenarios.

We can, however; very much second guess history based on things we already know when the scenario is small and understood. The simple question is of what could have improved the situation, would it have been thought of, and would it have been done by someone else? The biggest precipitating factor here is how fast the Taliban moved was unexpected; and that’s likely to have been the same regardless.

Either way though, it’s likely beside the point, no matter how good or bad it went for either - or even if it had been the same; any bad aspect  would have been used to beat one side over the head; and the other would have been universally praised; my whole point is that the reaction and what is happening demonstrates that this my guy can do no wrong mentality is only really true of one side.

While everyone talks shit about the left and the right, which are both steaming piles of shit. We the working class, who pay our taxes and play by the rules get fucked and fucked and fucked and fucked and fucked and fucked. All of congress needs to be thrown out and some adults who know how to say no need to take over. The current govt as it exists today is fucking worthless. It is a complete failure at everything it does. All govt agencies that have nothing to do with defending this nation need to be cut or eliminated. No more automatic funding and increases in spending, its time to start slashing and eliminating. That's what an adult would do. Here is a list of all federal agencies and departments. https://www.usa.gov/federal-agencies/ You can not tell me half of these can not be cut or completely eliminated.  "US Africa command department",  The U.S. Africa Command strengthens the defense capabilities of African nations. Ya a money laundering department.  Most of these are just redundant upon redundant Govt for the sake of more govt and more govt never fucking ending fucking govt. Ya, Biden is a god send to the working man and taxpayer. The Republican Party, ya their great. The Democrat party, Ya their great. What the fuck would I do without them and their never fucking ending govt.

Sorry. I do not find your observation indisputable.

I think more than the who matters.
The mass media is leftist. The general pop uncritically laps it up.
The sheer number of liberals who will swear that Trump said we should drink bleach shows it. Why do you think they believe it?

Basically, you think conservatives are wrong because you perceive them as wrong. That is why you want all nuance removed. Liberals avoid details.

Our southern border was good under Trump, it is crap under Biden. Where is the debate?

I have facts. Observations can be interpreted. America was energy independent under Trump. Under Biden America is again at the mercy of OPEC. We have to watch in humiliation as our president begs OPEC for a break.

Over and over, the conservative position proves right in the real world, and over and over, liberals never learn. Which is why the cities they govern have become crime infested slums.

Give me facts or GTFO.

Yes, in early December 2018, it was reported that the US had turned into a net exporter of oil, thus breaking nearly 75 continuous years of dependence on foreign oil. Isn't that Putin's plan? The USA will run out of oil in 25 years. I hear that the Moscow Trump Tower is back on schedule.

Watergate, itself, was certainly real, but the journalistic approach to it was the start of the failure of journalism. Bradlee, the editor of the WaPo, was old school, when journalists still dug for background to assure a story was real, had real players who were doing bad thins, and could report with integrity. Woodward and Bernstein were both new school, who would publish on the say-so of sources. Bradlee kept them in line, mostly, but we have no editors like Bradlee anymore,, hence the nonsense of BLM and 1619.
