It's not about me.

"As for Saul [later, Paul], he made havoc of the church..." I may be as Saul, approaching typical Christianity with havoc, because I see it as having made of Christ the Prince of Pieces. He is not the bringer of the Father, Son, and Holocaust. Not in his name have thousands gone to holy war to shred the threads of his intended tapestry. They let bleed the lamb, feed the sham of a Passover meal made Mardi Gras. We chant, litanical, at heaven's cost. Yet, we are engraved upon his palms and he bears our stain. Gratitude, not greed, ought to be our response.
