To reiterate, GP fully is convinced im scum. Yet he is going to interject randomness to anyone visiting me, and discourage town PR's by consequence from doing so? 

So he by virtue does not want any affirmation or result that might shed light on whether his read is accurate? 

I'm not sure how much more aggregiously contradictory you can get.

I don't think he specifically stated that his role induces randomness, just that random actions out of his control might fuck with it.

Cant tell if Parrots focus is indicative of him being overconfident over last game or just basic scum tunneling. Like he leeos referencing post 189 but theres nothing all that interesting there.

You're either playing dumb or you genuinely don't know, you being scum, that town probably has similarly strange roles like I have. In no way do I assume the traditional power roles. Aporia has the correct view as he is most likely town due to the proper behavior and proper questions. I do not have a choice to abstain action due to role rules assigned by the mod. It's quite possible the other town players have similar conditions to their role.

There is a difference between "not assuming traditional power roles" and assuming there is no investigative at all. The only motive for why you would target me with randomness for anyone VISITING ME, and not for me singularly, is if you think there is no investigative roles.

Otherwise, you would want me to be investigated?

So?

If your role interjects randomness into what happens to those visiting who you target, and you have to use it, you wouldn't be affecting exclusively mafia strategy. It would be a potential of both directly affecting mafia pr's, and directly affecting town pr's, as a result of your choice/role.

If it interjected randomness into what the player you targeted did themselves. It would make total sense to target a scum read. Because at that point, ur directly affecting exclusively mafia pr's. 

Indirect effects are mutual to both choices, so they're not a sensible differentiator in a harm/benefit analysis. What you are doing is saying I'm scum, but acting in a manner that has the greatest chance of screwing up anyone independently figuring that out for themselves.

Why would it automatically be me against GP, with only one person being right, and the other being wrong? What if we're both wrong? What if we're both suspicious? 

From the perspective of a townie, just because you think im scum, doesn't automatically mean GP is the opposite by virtue of that. You were analyzing potential bussing early in the DP? Why stop now?
