The only person right now that fits my criteria is Croc, as he usually isn't this calm in his play. As seen in other mafia games, he is quick to lynch, quick to claim, and most often does something bad for the town.

I'm thinking waiving the vig kill for now, NK can be either Bear or Crocodile
I want to say yes but at the same time they’re the two most inexperienced people and deserve more experience especially in unconventional themes. In the long run I think they’d harm town because of this. I’m wishy washy rn

The problem with town preemptively agreeing on an NK is that it essentially tells mafia who they should lynch. This would completely remove any info we could get from the NK, since both town and mafia would NK the same person.

There is no information we could gain. If we however control the NK it’s just like having 2 lynches in one day. It gives us as town say in who dies compared to scum who may have ulterior motives. If mafia do get it and don’t kill the person we choose then they are susceptible to being tracked, watched, etc

Oh yeah, force everyone to out cards in all scenarios where joker isn't there and where two numbers or suits are the same. It will help people estimate combos to the  fold or bet wiser. Don't fucking ever do a check/fold nonsense gambit my goodness.
