RETCON

Grahf attempts to cut himself free, but finds that he cannot secure the appropriate leverage.

[Melee Weapon Attack (with disadvantage): d20 (99) + 5 = 14, Miss!]

Snerp insults the plant, and it shivers in annoyance.

[Vicious Mockery Damage: d4 (2) = 2 psychic damage]

The mound once again slams its appendages into Roberts and Eikka, lifting them off the ground and slamming them around a bit. Eikka is rendered temporarily unconscious but stands up and lets out an Orcish roar of fury.

[Roberts takes 12 bludgeoning damage]
[Eikka takes 15 bludegoning damage]

As Grahf struggles against the creature it continues to constrict its vines around him. Grahf feels several unpleasant cracks, then blacks out. The mound looses and allows Grahfs limp body to slide out onto the floor.

[Grahf takes 17 bludgeoning damage]

Roberts roars in rage and continues to thrash the beast.

Eikka roars again and unleashes a radiant bolt that crackles along the exterior of the mound, causing it to glow and pulse.

[Guiding Bolt: 4d6 (1, 5, 3, 3) = 12 radiant damage]

(I don't think the burning is doing much damage. The damage was cut in half initially, so its not doing much, at least it hasn't since the initial throw. 

62 damage so far, that's not bad tbh, plus add the retcon. We'll be in good shape even if it's at max health, which it likely isn't.)

I run over to Grahf and cast healing touch, then somesersalt backwards out of the mounds range(if possible).

62 was injured 74 was bloodied. Injured is until 50% ergo 62 was not half but 74 was. The minimum it could be is 2×63=126. 126-74= 52 ergo the least number of hit points still possessed by the beast is 52. Could be more but not more than 74.
