Say to give up the bones and you'll go away maybe? If he doesn't, I suppose once Roberts and I are finished here, we try to get the two hired hands to join and storm the coffin makers.

I'll try to break us in the back door, there's a back door right? Or at least a second door to get inside. Basically one person distracts him at front door, while i break the rest of us in the backdoor, is what I'm picturing as a solid plan of attack?

We'd have to prolly wait for nighttime though. So we can be stealthier.)

(@Drafter- can i see anything behind Vargas where he came from? Any other people in where he just came from while he was walking out or currently if the doorway is open?)

(actually, now that you bring up sleeping... if they're spawns its best we go during the day maybe? Sure we wouldn't have the cover of night, but if they are vampire spawns or vampires in general, they would prob be sleeping. Make for an easy stake. Hopefully they are, or you guys might need to hightail it 😂.)

Grahf bursts into the shop from the southern entrance. He finds himself in a workshop area. This workshop contains everything a carpenter needsto make coffins and furniture. Three sturdy worktablesstretch the length of the west wall. An old man stumbles backwards in surprise and scurries across the floor away from the fearsome dragon born.

Henrik: Please! I didn't have a choice! They made me get the bones!

Henrik: The bones are in my bedroom upstairs, in the wardrobe under a false floor. The vampires... they're in the boxes in the storage up stairs. They're planning on attacking the church on the day of the festival. Please don't hurt me!

I won't hurt you. Who did you mean when you said "they?" After his answer, I find the bones.

Henrik: The vampires!

(Hes not going to be more specific, is he? Oh well. Strahd probably got to him.) 

Get the bones from his wardrobe.

Grahf heads out of the room and up a set of stairs. At the top of the stairs are two doors.

Staying sitting Snerp fingers a quick G Major scale to focus.(Cast Unearthly Chorus)A hum fills the air as if an amp has been turned on and an instrument plugged into it. 

Still not playing his lute, he begins singing, sounding as if he is being joined in a three part harmony, the song emanating through the mansion. 

Down on Misty Brook Road. 

Snerp begins strumming the lute in a rythmic pattern, a familiar tethyrian chord progression, similar to what one might hear in country-western or bluegrass, the progression itself rapid.

without a thought about tomorrow 

Snerp stops playing his lute, continuing on singing

The song ends and the same chord progression continues softly, almost unnoticeable in the background. (target Vargas with the bonus action of Unearthly Chorus.)

I guess I'll follow Grahf in but if either of us does I'll kill him.

I am looking for Snerp at the burgomaster's mansion. Should be easy I'll just look for the he is ussualy at the center of attention.

Eikka can easily follow the sound of music to where Snerp is.

Snerp walks over to Eikka and lowers his voice to a whisper

(Whispering) Grahf senses undead in the coffin shop and we think the bones are in there. Grahf and Luraxt went to talk to the priest and we will meet back at the shop. Don't worry they aren't stupid enough to go in there alone but we should make haste.

Vargas: Yes. Very well. I think I've seen all I need to see. Join me in the Town Square two night's hence.

Vargas then heads out of the room.

Snerp begins walking out of the house while looking for any servants he can talk to, if he does, he stops to talk to them 👏

The maid is still in the vestibule.
