I guess I can see that, but he specifically chose the Chinese takeout container. Maybe he didn’t want to be obvious by using the panda emoji, or maybe I’m just getting side-tracked. It would be odd for him to claim two roles just to keep us guessing when one is Vanilla.

Since JB can only use his role at night, that also makes it a pretty big risk. If the person he challenges can town confirm themselves, then we just lost a town member that we wouldn't have lynched otherwise.

Maybe one more. Savant said he’s confirmable so that leaves WF from my list, but at the same time I don’t want to get scum too many roles if everyone that’s claimed so far is town

Not to accuse or anything, but we need to start being a little more wary of “confirmable” roles. Last game Austin used his scum buddy (savant) to fake claim him, and we do have a lot of “confirmable” roles in this game.

That's a good point. I think it's good to make a distinction between a 'soft confirmable' role (like Austin's claimed role in BotW Mafia) and a 'hard confirmable' role (like Lunatic's role in the same game). JoeBob's role is hard confirmable. As for Savant, we have yet to see what their role actually is.
