Damn, I pass out early and we devolve into emojis.
While I don’t generally like pursuing a claim from someone for behavior in past games (beyond some sheeping from Earth, no one’s behavior really stands out as odd in this DP so far… aside from the aforementioned emojis), the fact that Barney hopped on, posted, and then hopped off without claiming is another matter. I don’t want to put him at L-1 unless he becomes completely intransigent, but Barney should full claim at this point. We need to move past this.

So there is definitely more going on in Barney’s post than I initially saw, though it raises more questions than answers for me. We can come back to it later, though I see multiple claims in those emojis.
As for Earth’s claim, from what I’m seeing, that’s basically a JOAT role. Should at least be somewhat confirmable, even if only in terms of monitoring his movements.
