Also, we have to be careful even if it is true that doctor can confirm. Mafia tends to have role block, redirect, or something similar. I think trying to confirm granny might be a horrible play depending on what scum has in their power. We could still be sacrificing one town player.

Only issue is that granny is a great claim for a scum player who wants to avoid being investigated. Idk if Casey would come up with that claim for that reason, but their partner might if they are scum.

On one hand, granny does seem like a role which I would most likely just lynch, especially with non-main character.
On the other hand, if true, it was good that it was claimed. We could have lost a cop if it was kept hidden.
I suggest we let things develop a bit more before we decide the lynch target. It does seem a bit unfair to quickly punish someone who might have just saved our cop.
This is probably overkill, but seeing what happens last game, I’m gonna ask. There is no problem with me stating if any doctors get notified of a heal right? Because I’m going to clarify unless that screws something up.

alright, setting aside my uncertainties about the role, the character makes me think you’re town. I don’t think it’s worth testing your role with the risk of losing someone in the gamble, at least not yet.

Don't tell us, but if the doctor asks you about their role, you should tell them. Also I'd avoid confirming that there is a doctor, which you kind of did. But it's ok.

Not the best choice to say this openly in the DP instead of just asking someone outside the game by PM, since it virtually confirms the existence of this role in the game. Up to you how you want to handle it.

Urbosa is a ballsy claim for sure, but scum players might have the ability to confirm whether certain players are in the game or something, or have hints to that effect. Similarly to a few games ago. That said, I doubt Casey would claim this early as scum unless they were being coached (which is a possibility).

I want to wait and see if anyone counter claims. I guess it could be possible that its fake claim, but I think all 4 champions would have to be in the game. I could be wrong, but I guess later we will see in dp2 when all players character claim, if there are 4 champions, its unlikely a fake claim.

It's possible, but there might be some champions who aren't in the game to give scum room to fake claim. Idk if that's how Pie would balance the game, but I wouldn't put it past him. In Invincible Mafia, Mark Greyson was a fakeclaim, so you never know.
Also depends how much advice Moozer is taking from Pie.

I dont think mafia was given fake claim. If this game ia anything like the previous lord of the rings, mafia pretty much has to guess and hope it guessed correctly. I agree that sometimes mafia is given a very strong fake claim. Not sure if that happened now.

Maybe not a fake claim, but sometimes they are given hints about what characters aren't in the game. Moozer said he would be taking more advice from Pie on this game I believe.

Just to be sure, we should wait for others to come online. If character gets counter claimed, then its a confirmed lynch. If not, then its a risk which we might have to take unless better target appears.

It's still a bit early, but I'll give reads on the characters that have posted the most so far and that I feel like I know the best.
Whiteflame - Slight Town - No fluffposting, willing to give information about his role when asked. There's also vibes from when we played together as scum. Whiteflame has been more proactive now than he was then.
Austin - Slight Town - Claiming to have a negative utility role without saying what it is is a pretty bold move this early in the game for scum. He's not trying to blend in at all or seem "normal," which is what he did last game as scum.
Best Korea - Neutral - Seems to be proactive and helping the town, but he also said this is what his strategy would be as scum. Given that I've never seen him play this proactively, it's hard for me to read whether this strategy is a scum one or a town one.
My thoughts on Casey_Risk are mostly based on their role claim, but they haven't posted enough for me to really read their behavior. Also, I don't really know their MO.

Thats usually a difficult soft claim for scum to make. It means he is going to have to prove it later in dp2.

I'll probably not use it unless I really need to, but when I do use it, it'll be obvious. Not gonna elaborate further on my role any more for now.
