My argument is I used my day cop on him and he was guilty so it seems strongly founded to me.

Don't ask what player like me means when contrasted to 7k.

The problem is that we have to trust your word on that. There's not much indication that you are that role, but also not much indication otherwise. That's why I don't see it particularly grounded in fact

Where it stands 7k is the best option here. If he is town I am at least hoping there was some logic to this play maybe we can read into. If there is no logic for his actions and he's just trolling I say we just black list him from mafia in future games. I at least won't play with a player who literally plays just to take up a slot and sh1tpost with no intention of playing to his wincon.

I am slightly scum reading RM for his behavior (specifically how damned defensive he got against 7k in the beginning and his omgus towards wylted). I think scum are trying to distance themselves from each other here. RM and wylted could both very well be scum in this situation despite my current town leaning on wylted. They could be using this CC situation to make it seem like they are not on the same team, and lets be real, RM has been hard on wylted all day even prior to the claim situation. Also claiming that there is "Art" to what he is doing. I fail to see the art in his playstyle if he is town, but I can definitely see it if he is scum and trying to make it seem that he and wylted are on different teams if they are in fact in the same mafia group. The whole "art" post to me definitely seems to be bragging about something and I just don't see anything pro town his "art" has contributed to. 

As it stands I don't buy wylted's claim, but I also think I know what he is doing if he is town so I'll let it play out in future day phases and see if his play is consistent with the strategy I think he is using. 

Counter claim. Its where two people are claiming to have the same role, generally you call it a CC because mafia has failed in coming up with a fake claim and used one that was already given to town. 

I made 7k try. I made him stop selfvoting and suiciding.

How I did this lies in making him realise he actually can win if he tries to be reasonable. I made him realise he can't say gotcha idiots if he flipped town and have it hit home to me.

He still seems pretty trolly to me.

7k has  had plenty of opportunity to change or sway our minds and blatantly refused to do so. If your gonna act like a terrorist, time to get treated like one. He's holding his claim hostage, and hasn't let on any reason for us to believe he's doing it for a townie reason. The second he claimed inside knowledge about who scum is he should have been doing this. Also the post deletion kind of seals the deal for me. There is never any pro town reason to delete a post in mafia.

At this point, I feel like I've seen the arguments from both sides and honestly whiteflame and lunatic are pretty convincing. I'm not completely rigid with this decision and am willing to discuss this and change later, but for the moment I see voting 7k as the right move.

Can you show me when that happened? I'm also confused by your argument that Wylted would specifically come after you (if he was cop, he had little to no information to go off and 7k was acting weird at the beginning). Perhaps I'm missing some context?
