Well,I'd say people viewing him as a racist, likely had an effect on the sentence they gave him,
Chauvin didn't even arrest Floyd. A black cop, fresh on the job, made that decision.
Chauvin showed up at the end when Floyd kept resisting and crying he wants to be put on the ground, as he is claustrophobic.
At trial, nothing was presented to suggest or even remotely prove race had anything to do with it.
All the public saw was what the left and the MSM sold them, snake oil.
As with people viewing an individual as black, can have an effect on the sentence they give them.
There is no rationalization or justification for this anymore. That's been put to bed for quite some time. It's illegal. And has been for a long while.

To call a fetus a child seconds after fertilization is a exaggeration.
Seconds after fertilization when the spermatozoa fertilizes the egg, it becomes a zygote. Not a fetus. The stage of fetus is much later in the pregnancy cycle.

The only reality/issue of a pregnancy is fetal viability. Anything prior to it is immaterial, and it is precisely why over 89-95% of ALL abortions have been historically before 14 weeks gestation, with the majority of those being before 6 weeks. Less tha1.2% are after fetal viability and they're for dire situations.

Saw this thread as I am currently, at this moment, watching "The Fall of Minneapolis" documentary on YouTube.
It's very very clear that Floyd, given his criminal history and illicit drug use, not to mention his pre-existing conditions, killed himself.
Chauvin is a political prisoner, the fall guy for a Democratic political agenda using race as the driving force behind it.
