The United States Consitutional cencous does cout fetus as they are described property of ambassador a women.


He shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States, (whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for,) and which shall be established by Law: but the Congress may by Law vest the Appointment of such inferior Officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the Courts of Law, or in the Heads of Departments.

The appointment of a woman as Ambassador of the child she bears as immigrant is by what is otherwise provided for in American's Declaration of Independence.

People ignoring United States Constitutional Right of process of establishing states of the union does not mean those past states, current, or future states do not exist. It simply means progress is set in motion that may not provide ample opportunity or protection under law. There are two paths in politics serving United States Constitution which serves the people or serve self and through self-servethe people. I find path one is more problematic, less profitable, and requires a greater workloads, the plus it carries a much greater level of gratification when gotten right.

By all righs is the most powerful force yet created by legilstive law makers even at the high personal cost it has been an honor.

Well, in whole truth, nothing but truth we say, the newborn is legal slave described by act of congress according to the United States Constitution. In keeping with truth, whole truth, and nothing but truth it is Female-specific amputations ( Not yet ratifide United States Constitutional Right) that is more capable of being legally regulated between states of law in much the same way as the admission now used inappropriately.

Why abortion is wrong?
Because it is by definition the removal of a human life, with no justification. 

Why a fetus has value? 
Because biological life starts at conception, and at the moment of conception, the child's hair color, skin color, body weight, body height, and eye color, are already predetermined.

That and the fact that abortion literally has to kill something in the process. A life is being stripped away.
