Female-specific amputation Vs Pregnancy abortion
FSA argues that stopping an immigration that is not a citizen and threatens the women who is ambassador of the young life by law of nature does not warrant a self-incrimination written in law as it describes a lie as a orginized principle thatis a violation of United States Constitutional right to both immigrant and mother.

Pregnancy abortionis an old self-incrimination written as a medical treatment named prior to United States Constitutional rights. I am tired of not having the United States Constitution appropriately preserve, protected, and served by women and men alike.

The direction to takeis a formation of a nonprofit foundation which will seek the company names byfiling record in the District of Columbia and all states of all legal malpractice insurers by name plus litigators working as lobbyists alike both for and against abortion and file grievance as civil suit in a federal Court.

Morally 20 weeks.  No fetus has survived born by that point
Ok.

So, let's look at a 20-week-old fetus:
"At 20 weeks, baby is almost 6 3/4 inches (17 centimeters) from the top of the head to the bottom of the buttocks (known as the crown-rump length), and the baby's height is approximately 9 1/2 inches (24.3 centimeters) from the top of the head to the heel (crown-heel length).1 This week, a baby weighs a little more than 11 1/2 ounces (330 grams).

Female: The development of human egg cells begins long before birth. The number of eggs in the ovaries is at its peak around 20 weeks, with about six to seven million eggs. This number decreases from this point on and continues to go down throughout life.3
  • Blackburn S. Maternal, Fetal, and Neonatal Physiology E-book: A Clinical Perspective. Elsevier Health Sciences.
  • Male: The testes are still in the abdomen, preparing to move to the inguinal area (groin) to begin their descent. However, the testes typically do not descend into the scrotum until the third trimester.

  • The protective layer of vernix continues to build on the skin.
  • Hair follicles are getting longer.5
  • Eccrine sweat glands begin to form.5
  • The gallbladder is producing bile, which helps to digest nutrients."

So according to this, what makes the 20-week-old fetus not valuable. I mean it has all of its defining characteristics laid out already.
What specifically makes the 20-week-old fetus un-valuable.

The fact that it can't live outside the mom even with extraordinary medical intervention

By the way all of that is pretty comparable for every animal

The key to victory for the Democrats is arresting  and jailing all possible challengers before election day.
We only need to befound guilty of a felony crime in the judicial system and we have all committed felony crime by simply voting in State and Federal election over the years. The question becomes does this outcome sound like a legal malpractice of law or not?

We can take the debate all the way an argue there is no soul democracy in America and every who is citizen is a Republican m ore precisely a Democratic Republican and  "We the People of the United States of America" are held that way by Constitutional Right. So, do you understand your rights as it has been read to you? All Americans are Democrats, not just the people who make claims out loud they are the only democrats that matter.

It is not for us to know without the protection of the issuing of a search warrant.
Are you asking the wrong question: What makes the 20-week fetus a citizen of the United States of America? Is there a social security number that has been issued?
Pregnancy abortion is a United States Federal immigration issue and is held as that way by United State Consitutional Right of Female-Sepcific Amputation.

The health conditions of the contributor to the extension of life started as a human egg is not written in stone. What was done with interpretation of law by church and Courts across Europe and America by the Highly and maybe Over-Educated holds no bearings in the only fact and truth throughout the world.  To be clear all of this debate is simply describing that a woman has been unable to come forward in 200 years on her own, and establish a United States Constitutional Right on the issue of dangers of birth as immigration, not that a United States Constitutional Right could not have been found, or can be found / created. Correct?

So you have changed the argument from "science" to "politics"

Thereby, you have admitted that you held a non scientific view.

Abrams lied scientifically.

Abortion will be a minor issue in 2024.

So your position is that while there is a "scientific heart" at 6 weeks, there is no "political heart" at 6 weeks.

N B Science is objective; politics is subjective.

So your position is that while there is an"objective  heart" at 6 weeks, there is no "subjective heart" at 6 weeks.

This concept ( Homo Mensura ) has been disproved time and time again.

You,Vegasgiants, have been disproved time and time again.

Your concession has already been accepted

You are incapable of "moving on" and I can prove that very soon.

So, viability is why it is worthless.

Ok, well how about humans who live off of machines who cannot survive without extreme medical intervention. Are they worthless and un-valuable human lives?

Ok, I don't understand the second line of what you said, because of bad grammar, but I will rebuttal to the first line.

Fetuses can survive as well.
A fetus using the mother to survive is the same as a fully grown adult using a machine to survive, viability wise.

That's a good place to draw the line

No adult who uses machines to live has ever survived off that machine.

Thats a good place to draw the line.

You set the line at viability because the sole fact that the fetus can't survive outside the womb.

That reason is flawed because there are many examples of adult humans who for all their lives have lived off of machines and can't survive outside their environment.

You're obviously not getting the comparison.

Fetus/womb : Adult/Machine.

I have proven the existence of the scientific heart at 6 weeks by citing more than a dozen scientific papers.

You, on the other hand, have used just one quote from a member of a lobbyist group; no science, no research, no nothing.

Since you enjoy disregarding facts, here is another "...some have come to worry that many – if not all – the issues connected to science are viewed by the public through a political lens." https://www.pewresearch.org/science/2015/07/01/americans-politics-and-science-issues/

Do you realize that while you, Vegasgiants, exist scientifically, you do not exist politically even after 6 weeks.

Therefore YOU ARE A DISMISSED HYPOCRITE.

And you proved my previous point.

It's not the same. The womb is not a machine.
The womb helps the fetus to survive, because it is not viable.
The machine helps the adult to survive, because the adult is not viable.

Biology doesn't say a fetus is worthless.

Using the terms, we have been talking about, it is similar to a machine in the way it is used to preserve life.

As was proven you are not capable of moving on.

You are making, at a minimum, two errors.

Error # 1 - You have taken a political opinion as fact.

Error #2 - You believe that opinion ( i.e. It is my opinion that that opinion is a fact )

Error #3 - You believe that your opinion, based on an opinion, is more important than an opposing opinion based on scientific research.

You have committed the following logical fallacies:

Fallacy of Division
Composition Fallacy
Irrelevant Conclusion Fallacy
fallacy Ad Populum

"It's important to remember that opinion articles only reflect the author’s perspective"https://www.allsides.com/blog/9-logical-fallacies-used-opinion-writers

Of great interest is " Irrelevant Conclusion Fallacy....Ignoratio Elenchi is a Greek word meaning "ignorance of contestation" or “missing the point.” This is when the conclusion fails to address the issue in question, or the conclusion is one that changes the point of what is at issue in the premise. ( ibid)

Conversing with Vegasgiants reminds me of the old adage....." you can lead a donkey to an encyclopedia, but you can't make him think"

Still the conversation is rather easy, and very very revealing.

Perhaps an indictment of America's educational system is warranted.

I do apologize for the sensitive matter brought to bear in this point. We can only ever assume we are all capable adults willing to dealing with our own flaws as created as agroup.

Maybe... Let’s look at the facts. Are all the billions of people who are not citizens of America in the world in fact citizens of other countries though? Do the Countries have unborn young children documented as citizens before birth on a national lever with Identification showing as fact they are a Chinese, Russian, German, English, French person?  I apologize as there are so, many nations to possibly list.

The question asked directly is does this condition describe a legal malpractice of law?
