you didn't answer the question. see above. please answer. you think if he had a knife, he would have attempted to kill them all, and that he would have been successful? 

the point, is that people are more likely to murder others if they have a gun versus if they have other weapons. people are impulsive and a gun is a push a button response that other weopons aren't like that. 
Ok, your question makes no sence.

Obviously, he would have been at a disadvantage if he didn't have a gun, but the intent is still there. 

You can't possibly conclude that if someone has a gun, that makes them want to kill people more. That is insane logic. 
If I really wanted to kill someone, I would find a way to do it, gun or not. Guns just make it easier, but not make me want to kill someone more. It's the finger that pulls the trigger, not the gun. 

people are impulsive and a gun is a push a button response that other weopons aren't like that. 
Ok, that is why we teach kids, self-control.

I’ve a shocker for you it’s not the law abiding gun owning citizens causing the problem! Bad people are going to get guns regardless, with the amount of organised crime dealing in weapons anyone can get an illegal gun, the only thing restricting law abiding citizens gun rights will do is make people more vulnerable against criminals! Nothing will change until states start cracking down on illegal weapons and putting them away for long sentences, the other thing is to look at mental health there is something very wrong in schools, whether it be the teachers or the way kids treat each other or their home life but no where else in the world is producing these homicidal kids that are so messed up they decide to kill their classmates and teachers.
The left will try and convince you that it’s all the guns fault but there’s a much deeper problem that needs addressing if there any hope to prevent more tragedies

Laws are made at the state level. Same for courts and prisons and the Department of Justice.

The mass shooting in Cleveland Texas 2 days ago was a failure of Texas, not any Democrat city
