Australia did not have 69% of its countries as atheists. Even now religious people make up well over 50% of the population. https://www.abs.gov.au/articles/religious-affiliation-australia

Here those who say they have no-religion is approximately 38%.  

Many of those are not atheists.  They consider themselves spiritual and believe in god or gods or divine power - and do not consider themselves atheists. 

It is that they disbelieve in organised religion. 

So your study is incorrect.

Who will be first to point out the glaring difference to between both polls to the Reverend? Here's a clue. One of these polls posted above is concerned with atheists the other isn't. The other poll in fact clearly points out  that although Christianity is still Australia’s most common religion Christianity has decreased by more than 1 million people.  Thereby showing Christianity Australia's  highest decline of all its religions.

This 2023 religious forum game edition is crap hey.
