Christianity teaches that Jesus came when the fullness of time had come. What made the days of Jesus most suitable for his advent?

Because that's when some MEN got together and created the story.

Currently the fullness of time is now....Back then it was then.

Christianity and other archaic creation hypotheses, typically teach a whole lot of nonsense.

Jesus and other  characters were perhaps based upon real PEOPLE.

Why Did Jesus Come When He Did?

Because he believed  ( or was led to believe)that  he was rightful heir to the throne of David. And that it was his time to rule over all of Israel  ....... but then so did John the Baptist . They had a right royal row over who should rule and who shouldn't down by the river.

What utter rubbish you spout.  John the Baptist NEVER thought he was the one who should rule.  What a load of nonsense.

LOL@ the utter stupidity that you vomit out of your mouth.

Jesus came when he did because the Earth has a day of 24 hours [actually, 23h 56m and change, though that is variable]; the only planet in our system with that length of day.

IOW, why did there need to be a specific schedule of his coming, or his return? Answer: no specific reason. Some things happen when they happen just because that is when they happen. To try to assign some numeric/time significance to it is placing too much significance on the event when it really does not matter in scheme of the performance of Christ's purpose. He could have come at any time, but it was not at the fullness of time; it was called the meridian of time, but that may not be particularly accurate, either. The accomplishment of his mission is what is important, not when it occurred.

Why does any man { X y } or woman{ X x } come when the do, it is based genetic cause and effect, and sometimes how fast the oscillating movements are occurring ergo the pulsations rise and rise til we cannot contain ourselves any more.

The accomplishment of his mission is what is important, not when it occurred.

And he failed.

He failed to  unite the lost tribes of Israel.
He failed to free the Jews from the Roman yoke.
He failed to inherit the throne of King David.
He failed to bring peace on earth.
And he failed to rebuild the temple.

What he actually managed to do was get himself and another rebel also named Jesus arrested for crimes against Rome(with the help of Jews that didn't believe he was the Messiah or his claim to the throne of David). For this crime he was himself nailed to two pieces of wood with a view overlooking the Kidron Valley. He lost his faith in his "father", laid in a rich man's  private tomb in a rich man's private garden where he was nursed back from the brink of death with the aid of few of his rich secret disciples.

Here endeth the lesson.

The NT is pretty clear.  John knew he came as a forerunner to the Christ. This is not arbitrary. It is not relative. That is the story in the narrative.

Just because you are not sure of your opinion does not mean that facts in the narratives become irrelevant.  Of course if you wish to present some evidence to the contrary, I am happy to look at it.

Sorry, I don't youtube. I see little credibility to it. Anybody can post just about any soapbox theme. Let's see the same thing, whatever it is, in a crerdentialed, peer-reviewed communication.

So it was 11,000 years ago. But predicted to occur when? Age of anything just not necessarily acknowledge its intent of resolve.

He failed...
And his total mission is not yet complete. He, himself, promised a return to settle things once and for all. Hasn't happened yet, or everyone, as prophesied, would have already bent the knee and declare him Jesus Christ, the Savior and Redeemer of mankind, even if they still reject him.

Endeth lesson? Who made you tutor? Welcom to the 21st century. A little anachronistic, no?

So, what is Vimeo's credibility beyond disallowing posts that infringe copyright, or is deemed offensive to others? That's not peer review and it certainly does not meet the bar of repeatability and reproducibility required of anything challenging current science. Just another social network with a little tighter control than Youtube.

Sorry, fail.

Not to mention that you have not yet met the challenge of:

Some things happen when they happen just because that is when they happen.

I don't doubt the influence that Jesus has had on the world; he perhaps holds the greatest amount of influence over the human conscience than other person has had. But could he have come into a time like our current world and have the same impact with his message? I think if a God were to desire to become man to spread a message, it would have to be during a time when men at large still lived under the impression of deserving divine anger, and were expectant of Gods. Our age is too skeptical and so wouldn't have been wise to do so during our time.

Okay, but if God foreknew the course of human history, don't you think he would be wise to come during a time when it would be most organic and fruitful and seamless?

Yes, it does, but, even though there are apparent times when God has intervened in our choices of behavior, as if to suspend free agency, the intervention may have had another purpose than mere punishment, as most believe it was. The first being, not Noah's flood, or even Sodom and Gomorrah, but Adam and Eve's expulsion out of Eden, even though God had offered choice of all the trees' fruit in the Garden. As it is a potential debate subject I may propose, I will avoid details now.

949HAVOC,

YOUR COMICAL QUOTE IN POST #12 EQUAL TO THE DUMBFOUNDED OF THE BIBLE TRADESECRET, PGA2.0, AND DR. FRANKLIN'S POSTS:   "And his total mission is not yet complete. He, himself, promised a return to settle things once and for all. Hasn't happened yet, or everyone, as prophesied, would have already bent the knee and declare him Jesus Christ, the Savior and Redeemer of mankind, even if they still reject him."

We're 2017 years and counting on Jesus' return when there were many passages that stated He was to return "quickly" and within the time period of the people He was talking too. As only one example of a "quick return," Jesus' inspired words stated with specificity that: “Therefore, stay awake, for you do not know on what day your Lord is coming.” (Matthew 24:42).

949HAVOC, therefore we have to ask you, have you stayed awake ever since you were born to fulfill what Jesus stated in the passage in question in literally expecting a quick return of His?!  If you didn't stay awake until now, then are you calling Jesus' inspired words a LIE for saying what He did?!  In  simpler terms, you cannot have your cake and eat it too, understand?

Jesus H. Christ, when is DEBATEART going to give a 15-20 minute live test on the Christian Bible to become a member, that if you don't pass, you cannot be a member to clog up this esteemed forum with your outright Bible ignorance and stupidity like 949HAVOC has done?!  ARE YOU PAYING ATTENTION TRADESECRET, THE #1 BIBLE RUNAWAY FOOL UPON THIS FORUM?! LOL!

Why don't you accept my debate challenge - there's only one - and I'll explain it?

I am quite happy to discuss it on the open forum with you. So far is all you have done is say things without supporting evidence and you should expect to be challenged when making unsupported claims.

Or if not, sit back and observe the arguments.

No. I won't be sitting back if I have a question for you. These are part of the argument . Arguments concerning statements and claims that you have made.

I will not entertain it here.

But you say above that you will be arguing here and have asked me to sit back and watch them?  So why on the one hand are you saying that you won't discuss them here while on the other say that I should sit back and watch you argue here?

So again, when will this paradise on earth occur? If it hasn't already. And what is your biblical evidence?

The greatest sin is to limit God. Don't.

Can god be limited? Be careful, your questions in-tray is filing up.

YOUR VACANT RUN AWAY QUOTE TO MY POST #23: "Is 'woke" supposed to be synonymous with "awake?" Or, who doesn't sleep? An irrational madman, that's who. Can't help it if that's your schtick; beat the drum."

ROFLOL!!!!  Hmmmm, what's missing from your  quote above, lets see, hmmmmmm, OH YEAH, you didn't address the biblical content to my post #23! Way to go 949HAVOC, whereas it looks like you want to be in contention with the #1 Bible Runaway fool Tradesecret in running away from biblical axioms!

Is there any other pseudo-christian that can take the place of the Bible ignorant 949HAVOC in addressing the following post in the link below, because as embarrassingly shown, 949HAVOC can't do it, but only to run away from my post like a little girly boy! LOL.   Anyone? https://www.debateart.com/forum/topics/6663/post-links/285793

Sorry to burst your bubble, but I don't particularly like using the Bible as weapon. Appears you enjoy bashing, so, bash away; just don't expect me to play. Girly boy? Doesn't it take one to know one? Watch how you throw accusations, mister; it's like pissing into the wind. Call me whatever you like like; it fails to impress. I've heard worse.
