Hm, of course a large part of 'Rights in society, come from 'Power, I imagine.
Individuals/Groups with power, are able to insist on receiving rights.

Not unless the fever has an effect on your dreams, I think.
Over on a different section of the forum, I'm talking about death/life after death.
People react extremely differently when it comes to death...
I suppose it depends on your mindset and your attitude towards it.
Some seem ready to die any day and some want to wait longer...

Why not being human, a social construct,
Sure one can acquire rabies, or live in the forest without clothes,
But it seems silly to me,
And such a person 'still wouldn't be a rabid wolf,
Or a forest dwelling monkey,
They'd be a human with rabies,

Though other adjectives present themselves of course, as people see fit in the moment,
Hm, I'm reminded of dehumanization in war,
Refer to the enemy as animals, because of a goal or wanted perception,

It's not that 'why's don't matter,
But, when does one get to the 'bottom?
Is it a satisfying answer?
For me, no,
Sure why's matter, as we value this or that,
Asking why, helps us maximize this or that,
But ask 'why we value this or that, 'too often, 'too much,
And nihilism creeps in me a bit.
A value 'has to be met, perhaps, for an action to occur.
But one can be unhappy, yet act for others, maybe.
I don't think it's all 'that wrong to feel happy about helping others, but it can cause or imply at times, that the deed is for oneself, more than others.
Though I 'do think again, that a value 'has to be met, for a choice to occur, even be it inaction, maybe.
The claim, I think, is that everyone seeks to satisfy something within themself by their action,
Honor, empathy,
I suppose it's just that the word selfish, has such an ugly look to it.

What 'matters perhaps isn't the fact that part of an individual must be moved.
Without senses, without external stimuli, how would we act?
An appreciation of warmth,
An appreciation of other's being warm,
Either value can be satisfied, can be within a person,
. . .
What does it mean to be righteous?
To help others in a bad spot,
The value in oneself is being satisfied,
An internal cry of ought, to an outside not.
A frightened person, who steps between a bully and their victim, wanting to fulfill their empathy for others, doesn't see so bad as,
A bully stepping toward their victim, wanting to fulfill their ego's desire of perceived importance by others.
Personally I think gun laws are excessive in America,
People underestimate 'just how easy it is to acquire or make a gun.
Not to mention a ton of items 'more dangerous than guns,
But it's the same as switchblades and butterfly knives, oooh scary, says 'certain people.

If people vote against the legalization of (Insert Drug)
It isn't 'necessarily that they want someone to go to jail for (Insert Drug) use or possession.
I'd imagine,
Many times they just don't want their kids or community to have easy access to it,
Sure people argue outlawing causes criminal producers,
But legalizing a drug like Croc for instance,
Be like legalizing slow painful suicide kits in stores.
I'd have rather marijuana laws, 'just resulted in the destruction of any marijuana, rather than jailing individuals with it,
Losing one's purchase of weed, is kind of like a fine.
Course marijuana is legal now (Some places), so eh.
Only skinless cats aren't cute.
A lot of my thoughts here don't seem to be entirely random. Rather, they are caused by other things that have happened or have been said, sometimes on this site. I imagine this is the case for others in this thread as well.
