A New Heaven and a New Earth
Revelation 21:1 Then I saw “a new heaven and a new earth,”[a] for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. 2 I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. 3 And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. 4 ‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’[b] or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”
5 He who was seated on the throne said, “I am making everything new!” Then he said, “Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.”
6 He said to me: “It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To the thirsty I will give water without cost from the spring of the water of life. 7 Those who are victorious will inherit all this, and I will be their God and they will be my children. 8 But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars—they will be consigned to the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.”.
Nothing has changed since Jesus was crucified. Even our calendar continues to mark the days with little interruption. Even the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars—to be consigned to the fiery lake of burning sulphur areqq still with us.
Nothing has changed???
Where are the animal sacrifices of the Old Covenant? Where is the Levitical priesthood? Where is the blood atonement for the sins of Israel? Where is the temple and temple worship? Where are the feast days sacrifices? Remember that Jesus said not ONE iota of the law or prophets will change/be abolished until ALL is accomplished. So, where are these things? Why are they not being followed today? Address Matthew 5:17-18.
We don’t have a new heaven or earth and we still have our seas. The end of the temple or sacrifices was prophesied in a Daniel.
In Daniel 9:24-26, Daniel delivers a prophecy that Jerusalem and the Temple would be destroyed, again. Within these verses, Daniel provides a chronology by which certain events would occur. First, the Jews would return from captivity and rebuild Jerusalem and the Temple. Afterwards,
an "anointed one," or Messiah, would appear, but he would be rejected. Then, Jerusalem and the Temple would be destroyed, again.
So it was the destruction of the temple that ended the old covenant, sacrifices and blood atonement. Even Jesus refers to Daniel.
Mat 24:15 KJV - 15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)
But Jewish worship still continues in synagogues and Sacrifices are alive and well: They have been slightly redefined.
Matthew 5:17-18
17 “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. 18 For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished.
Judaism still exists. The laws of the prophets are still in the Books. Yet nothing has changed or been accomplished. The Jews still reject Jesus.
Nothing has changed!!!
Even the Pope declared the cross was a failure of God.

When you don"t understand something, When desperation hits you then look at the CROSS. THAT IS THE GREAT FAILURE OF GOD, THAT IS THE DESTRUCTION OF GOD, AND IT'S A CHALLENGE TO OUR FAITH
