The impllication of "what ifs" to identify someone as scum is stupid. You will not know if she was drunk unless she confirms it. It's scummy as hell to accuse her at the moment when you said that reason isn't valid. Do you have behavioral analysis besides Mikal that would suggest her as scum?

For me the only question is, does testing Pie's role help us sort his affiliation? I am hearing from some people that testing it won't necessarily because he could be lynchproof scum. If he is lynchproof scum, then I assume he would be 1x or something, so maybe we test the claim next DP?

I think we have to ask ourself what does testing do for us. Testing him doesn't confirm him. So are we willing to lynch him twice (2dps) to actually kill him if he's scum.
If we are wrong and he's town , we basically have fucked the game.

Pie is either jester or some scum type of role. But if he's claiming lynch proof then he also doesn't have an incentive to full claim. We can just lynch him twice. You are right, there isn't a pro-town reason for him to claim lynch proof, and testing his role won't confirm him. He is very likely scum, or judas/saulas if not jester. We need to lynch him twice.
He is way too eager to be lynched. If we just lynch him once, then we'll be wondering if he's a judas or something for the rest of the game. I'm not 100% yet, but lynching him twice might be the right move. Of course, it does have the downside that, if he is town, we'll have wasted two DPs. Still, if he really is 1x lynchproof, that will only bring us down to 8 players, so 5v3 or 6v2, or even 7v1 if he's scum. So using two lynches on him might not hurt us that much, especially if we get useful results along the way.

Why not vote him x2 if scum? Both this DP and next? I would think the LP wouldn't be dependent on which DP we're on. We might have to break his role, then hammer him for good next DP.
