As far as reads, so far I’ve skimmed up to page 6 or so. From what I’ve gathered I just think the tunneling of inactivity on DP1 is kind of pathetic. Nothing says “I’m a weak ass little mafia player with nothing to contribute” than harping on a player who hasn’t even signed on yet. Do better. There is a criteria for tunneling inactivity and I don’t think I meet it - everyone knows that once I’m AWARE the game is on, I am active.

Is L not the second most important character in Death Note? Maybe 3rd? Regardless, he's one of the most important characters in one of the most popular anime out there. Like after Naruto and Dragon Ball I'd say that Death Note is probably the most popular, no? This is all to say I would argue that he isn't some niche character. I feel like it'd be the equivalent of like Star Lord in Avengers or something.

If we believe that he's mafia and changed his PFP for the sake of a soft claim he would have plenty of ways out of having to cc a cop. He could claim to be any sort of investigative role (cop, tracker, watcher, role cop, etc) or just say he switched it for no reason (that's what I did, I just like Death Note and since Oro was L I went with another character instead)
