Sbo is among my townreads as I see that he is having no clue of the gamestate and so readily votes confirmed town. If he was mafia he'd have chatted with his buddies prior to this and returned with a better angle than just tearing at me.

The incredulity and rhetorical question strikes me as suspicious here too. I'll tell you why because this could just be scum trying to create the illusion of doing such a thing. It is common for scum to distance themselves and not tunnel each other but I've played plenty of games where scum do just that to look like they're two townies tunneling. I don't know why you use such words as "guaranteed'' when there is certainly no guaranteee or ask rhetorical questions in an incredulous way as if any explaination that you or Croc are scum is completely unthinkable. I think that's scummy.  I don't think we should seem to pretend that we know more than we do.

Let us not be one of those folks that gets personal over a game.

And here too where you say that anybody who votes Croc is scum or dumb. I don't know why you seem to be claiming to be so certain about such things when you can't be. It's like you're trying to exclude certain possibilities prematurely rather than looking to the evidence without jumping to conclusions and I can only find scum motivations for doing  that in order to mislead people away from possibilities which may in fact be the truth.

I don't take it personally. You and Oromagi think I'm a moron and I think something similar back. No offence taken this is about more than that. Oromagi pushes on me for no reason, he isn't evenl me. You actually explained your suspicion of me properly, you think I am too towny and that Crocodile distanced from me onnpurpose but where you forget to ground your reads are in the central tenet that Crocodile is town.

An important revelation.  Not all players would be upfront about that late realization but it helps town's analysis of your gameplay to do so, so thanks.  Note that my reads have links to the fanwiki for "13 Reasons Why" for character claims but that same wiki has valuable summaries of plot, dynamics, etc.

I haven't said anybody is confirmed town so why are you telling me that I think that scum is defending confirmed town?

Your absence is hurting town.  Please join.  If you don't have time to read the whole DP, please at least confirm that your character/roles don't refute present claims.

lynch me let's do this properly, I will claim before I'm hammered if I lose and tell my full reads (some nuances I've hidden as I don't want mafia to know who I read as pr rather than scum and vice versa) let's go you vs me day one lynch, I want to see who joins which side and why.

Ok just caught up with this. There is a very interesting question to ask here, which is: Why did Croc claim with seemingly no pressure whatsoever? If Croc is town, then he would only be exposing himself to the mafia and would most likely get NK'd tonight. Judging by Croc not wanting to reveal his role, Ani is probably a power role character, which means the last thing you'd want to do is claim out of the blue with no pressure whatsoever. Even if this isn't the case and Ani is a vanilla character, claiming DP1 would only help mafia (as it would allow mafia to narrow down the list of power roles).

When full-on scum slips are absent then recognizing that a soft claim has more scum motivations than town motivations will suffice.

I agree with your analysis but I'd also add that softclaims in general tend to be scummier than hardclaims.

I'd actually have to agree with you on this. If he's a town power role, he's basically already outed himself for mafia.

To me Croc's arguing with RM really does look look rather artificial and, shall we say, scum-on-scum-action and less like genuine tunneling. But I have to confess that it's hard for me to see otherwise when I'm already biased by the fact that to me they already both seem scummy for separate reasons that I've already given. 

Tell me why you scumread me for defending you.

If you force me to out, I want oromagi to out instantly after.

But I do think that Croc is scummier than RM. I'd also like to point out that day one bussing is a thing and it's a tactic to give town cred to a stronger scum role by bussing a weaker scum role.
