1) The number of votes needed to end a DP is equal to half the remaining players rounded down. However, if all surviving members of the town are on the same wagon or VTNL then that lynch or VTNL will go through.
With 9 players alive it takes 5 votes to end the DP.
9/2 = 4.5, rounded down is 4...
