quietly, in gnomish ) That is much more pleasant
I stare blankly at the Drow, then speak again in common
Again, I know you understand what we are saying, this isnt my first encounter with a Drow and undercommon speech. I may only be 70 and still have hundreds of years left to live before dying naturally, but I've been around enough to know people who speak undercommon can comprehend common just fine 😂.
(I love the zeal for roleplay, but pretty sure at Level 2 as a Drow ur only gonna know undercommon and elvish. Undercommon being a simple version of common apeech, ex: "let's go over to the park today" becomes "go park today". You can understand common in speech, just can't speak, read, or write it if I recall correctly from my DM'ing days.
If for an independent reason, you actually know, what is it, 4 languages now? Then my b, but Im at a loss as to how you would know so many so early on in leveling.
Need a citation(character sheet) to believe that one 😂.)
