Well, when I was third party I could joint win with whoever won, also I just had a low chance of guessing the game ending phase correctly anyway. With that said, Earth's third party role doesn't help town in any way, and we can't leave him alive or we lose, so it seems killing him dp1 is the smartest play. That said I fully believe he is third party. But I will vote to lynch him.
