What do you mean? They can do the NK + their 2 active actions assuming they didn’t use their active action in the DP?
Maybe it was blocked some way but who cares obviously savant is scum. We had him as behaviorally ac last DP both him and Austin being strong lynch chains proves scum has a preferred lynch there.

I think the scum team refrained from an NK . I have done it to fake confirm myself as a doctor before. It isn't uncommon. Let's just lynch savant. You aren't getting a lynch on scum without me and GP cooperating anyway

It's not risky. Savant was today's kill. It delays it by one day and I have never seen roleblocker stop the NK . It blocks roles and NK is not a role
There are 3 possible scenarios based on info we have:

1) Supa is scum and Savant roleblocked him to prevent the NK. (This one makes most sense)

2) Savant is scum and scum waived NK to implicate Supa and gain another day. (This one doesn’t make much sense because GP was going to revive Austin)

3) Savant and Supa are both town and scum waived to create 2 mislynch opportunities. (This one doesn’t make sense because Savant could target scum and implicate them—way too risky).

Well, I guess it’s basically obvious what I am given Earth’s gambit earlier.

I’m the Cop. Needless to say, Investigative role, probably useless now.

I targeted Pie last night. I needed confirmation that I could trust his information. I was pretty blatant about my uncertainties last DP. Result was innocent. Not impossible that he’s the Godfather or something (wouldn’t be a first), but for now at least, I buy that he’s town.

Other options were Watcher, Tracker and something called a Category Cop, which would have told me the category of my target but was also 1X.
Watcher and Tracker make sense, but what’s the point of Category Cop?

So you already know, as we already know, that your role wasn't used on GP, who clearly used his revival on Austin. Why are you being coy about this?
If the new role can be used the same night they receive it, how would them previously having a daytime activated role change that?

My interpretation of what I was told is that the new role can be used the same night it is recieved
So... wait, you think the Reviver is a Daytime role? Where did GP say he could use his role during the DP? If you're right that it activates before the NP (I looked back and I don't see anywhere GP ever said that), then it would be during the Twilight Phase after the lynch is executed. It literally can't happen during the DP because the lynch ends the DP. Luna didn't hold a Twilight Phase. So, again, what's your theory here?

Watcher and Tracker make sense, but what’s the point of Category Cop?
Presumably to avoid anything that could modify the result like a Godfather or the Miller Austin could have been. That's the likely reason that the role was 1X - all the other roles could yield incorrect results based on the role of my target.

Well mafia knows that Austin was going to back from Grey's role, so no matter what they go to a 6v2. A risky gambit could be waiving an NK to fake a RB. Would very much work because of the nature of the game
It’s a massive risk because if Town Savant targets scum, they’re implicated

Why would mafia purposely no kill? Austin is confirmed town and now WF has copped Pie innocent. So assuming WF is town, that is three players in the town pile. What is the point where you start playing to your win condition?

Both of these make sense. Even if you know GP ressurects Austin

If Savant is town then it's obvious that they have 2 mislynch targets. Look how convinced Wylted is of Savant scum and his 1 of 1 for me. Savant can target scum but there's no guarantee he hits scum with his role and thus scum have a clear path to victory

Savant is scum is the likely scenario. Even if it is a 1 of 1 tradeoff scenario, scum still end up going into a 5v1 where one of the scum can take the time to build town cred up. There are a lot of uses. Risky =/= doesn't make sense

They sucked. One let me block non-killing actions against me at night. One let me block any ability except the night kill. One let me take a player's x-shot abilities. The role block was the only option that let me stop night kills.

The % of that is so low and even if you disinclude GP and Wylted, it's a 16% chance he hits the scum that carries out the NK. Not great odds at all. From a pure probability standpoint it would 100% make sure to waive if it is too build town cred and what not

I'm gonna be honest here. There's way too much confirmation in this game, it's already solved from my pov, and I'm rapidly losing interest. I'm just going to vote for Savant. I don't really buy Wylted's theory, but he's where the momentum is. If he's scum, GG. Otherwise, we kill Vader and then Earth. GG. Town can't lose.

Well, I guess it's not a bad choice to see what happens, but I'm not fond of this lynch, either. Really would have liked a full claim from Earth this DP and we had the time. Really would have liked a response from WyIted that made actual sense about how he used his role and how that could have prevented the NK. Guess those will have to wait.
