White privledge existed befoer USA civil war, during that civil war, ---except for empathetic immoral treatment of black people--- for many years afterwards and to this day --to lesser degree-- thanks to black peoples loss of life, ---by white people--- spurring some white people to say, enough is enough with this immoral, inhumaen treatment of black peoples, during civil war, and to a greater degree during 50's and 60's.
