I agree this post seems like it's an attempt to trap people who don't know he actually said that lmao. But in the specific quote he just said he could shoot someone and still have support, which, as unfortunate as it is, is true.

Trump was just bragging in that quote about his support. He wasn't bragging about shooting people in order to gain more support. Otherwise he clearly would have shot a ton of people in 2020 instead of losing.

The first time Trump said he could shoot someone and he wouldn’t lose voters. He won in 2016.
The second time he forgot to say it and lost in 2020.
The third time he was shot before he could say it and he still won 2024..

Not what I said in my comment. I'm just saying it's unfortunate that he could murder an innocent person in cold blood and probably still have an active base. That quote in particular was just him trying to exemplify the loyalty of his supporters.

A fair point that I agree with.
Even in Communism, population can equal power.

Whether in Economy or in Military.

Technology 'does keep advancing though, nukes, AI, robots, planes.
That population might not be 'such a multiplier (Guess on my part though).
