As I hinted back in DP1, I'm Beneath the Skin by Of Monsters and Men, and I'm the investigative JOAT. The justification is that the band improved with this second album by getting more personal with one another, figuratively getting "beneath the skin" of their other members.
Gave my justification here. The album was the result of improved personal familiarity between band members. Not super obvious, but here we are.

Anyway, going to wait on the remaining claims for the time being. For the time being, suffice it to say that I’m not sure about Austin’s claim, either. It’s all the stranger given that the Strengthener role should theoretically have prevented any manipulation of your role, meaning that it shouldn’t have registered a fake visit. Unclear what scum could have done to get around that if he actually used it on you, or what the purpose of the Strengthener is in a game where it cannot address this situation beyond just preventing RBs (unclear anyone has an RB).

So, that means whatever Casey’s role did is (probably?) off the table for an explanation.

Wait. Last DP Wylted was saying my results could not have been interfered with, therefore I am scum. Strengthener would play off that as a fake claim.
You’re onto something here, although some anticlaim ability may bypass strengthener. I know retarded miller handling would.
Hm. That would be done to implicate me in the same posts Austin said he still thinks I’m town.
So the only possible way Austin could be implicated here is if he had that claim ready to go to accuse me but switched up his thoughts on me the second he saw Whiteflame said he townread me behaviorally and would sooner believe there was some interference.

It’s admittedly more of an attempt to parse what happened. If Mharman is telling the truth, then there’s a role in play from scum that manipulated his result. If that role exists and a Strengthener exists, then either the Strengthener cannot affect it (which makes its non-consecutive use seem unnecessary and the role itself underpowered given that scum have roles that will manipulate regardless) or it can and it failed to do so. If it’s the former, then the balance in this game is especially weird.

Hey all, I really wouldn't have recommended wylted hammer himself last day phase, though it probably would have ended with him being lynched anyways, we had a lot left we could have discussed and could have been dissuaded off the lynch. It is what it is I guess.
I am in the POE, so I will full claim. I am LD.50, an album from Mudvayne (a hardcore numetal band from the early 2000's who I saw perform late last year and they fvcking killed it). One of their hit songs that made them take off from that album was "Dig", thus I am a 1x "gravedigger" and have the ability to "Dig up a dead player and use an ability of theirs". I basically only had the option to dig up casey np1, so I used my ability on him and greyparrots seemed like a waste. I chose his "I am the truth from which you run" ability and used it on pie, figuring it was an investigative role.
I was told last night after using it that it was a tracker, and that pie had visited no one.
I was debating using it between pie and whiteflame, since both were POE for me after last day phase.

Paraphrasing my role, it says that it will prevent an ability from being redirected or roleblocked. Given that Mharman claimed his ability is passive, I don't think it would have been affected. It also might imply the existence of a JOAT/redirector/roleblocker in the game.
This feels tricky. I have reasons, both behavioral and mechanical, to townread almost anyone. I'll take some time to look back through the DPs tonight.
whiteflame's role has some slight overlap with Casey, but anything is possible in a UPick.
Waiting on Pie here, I suppose. Unfortunately, I don't think we'll be getting any mechanical clears in this setup, just things suggestive of them.

Interesting. I've got thoughts on your claim, but I'll wait until Pie claims to detail them since I don't have a lot of time right now anyway.
Luna's justification almost feels a bit too straightforward? Idk, I'm not scumreading it, but it just pinged me in comparison to my own justification and a lot of the others, including the flipped players.
Also, btw, if I'm scum I just claim a more powerful version of strengthener to make it look like Mharman had to be lying about his results and secure a winning mislynch. The only way I can reasonably be scum here is if I'm teammates with Mharman, which is... something I suppose.
