At this point, I think (some) people on the right are just pronouncing it wrong to show their political views. It's kinda funny to watch TBH, because it's not hard to get it right. She pronounces it just straight up, Kahm-uh-luh but because Trump has started doing it, some other republicans now (purposefully?) put an emphasis on the middle syllable, by saying Ka-MA-luh. I'm not saying all Republicans are a hive mind or whatever, I always hate when both sides use that insult. I'm just poking fun at some MAGA morons, though there are smart conservatives who are decent people and take the time to pronounce It right.

I remember reading somewhere that there was a proper Indian pronunciation, and a proper African pronunciation, but like all politicians, they can say whatever they feel sounds good.
The pronunciation in most Indian languages (including Hindi) is Kuh-MUH-lah:
In African contexts, particularly in Uganda and parts of East Africa where there may be Indian influence (due to Indian migration), the name Kamala follows a similar pronunciation, Kah-MAH-lah, though it can vary depending on regional accents.
I suppose the American version is KAH-ma-la.

One thing that really hurt Trump is how Roger Stone was a huge reason that an̈ underground classic swept through black America. A documentary on Bill Clinton's African American relatives who he denies. Stone anticipated Hillary's run and was amazing as was a few other political strategists.
Some geniuses are currently working on the same things and seeing their fruit and hopefully it pays off, we just need Trump to win one more time to have any chance of being competitive in the future. If things stay the same it will be difficult for Democrats to win future elections given that red states in 4 years Wil be getting more electoral votes due to the fact people are fleeing blue states because of just how much blue states such as California leave so much people impoverished.
