I named 4 for Biden. Let’s see the MAGA MORONS name 4 laws signed by Trump. No bullshit. No ideas. No SCJ nominations. No executive orders. Laws. 4 laws signed by Trump.

We know he sign a tax reform law that blew up the deficit cutting taxes for wealthy individuals and corporations. So that’s one. Name 3 more.

As a refresher, here’s Biden’s 4 laws that helped Americans.

1. Biden passed the American Investment Act and quickly and effectively distributed the Covid vaccine throughout the country.

As a result, the government sent Americans in the low-to-medium income range a $1,400 payment to help fund basic necessities like rent and groceries. Biden also extended a $300 a week federal unemployment benefit for some 9.7 million people out of work at the time, temporarily expanded the child tax credit program, allotted $7.25 billion for small business loans and $128 billion in grants for state educational agencies. Biden teamed up with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to administer and track COVID-19 vaccinations across the country.

2. The inflation reduction Act capped insulin payments at $35 a month and the law is projected to reduce 2030 U.S. greenhouse gas emissions to 40% below 2005 levels.

3. The CHIPS Act has initiated large amounts of investment in microchip plants creating thousands of good paying jobs.

4. The infrastructure investment Act created thousands of good paying jobs while upgrading our transportation system, our ports, and our energy grid.
The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law includes: $284 billion for transportation needs, which includes repairing bridges and roadways, public transit and airports, electric vehicles and low emission public transportation; $65 billion for broadband internet; $73 billion for power infrastructure; and $55 billion for clean drinking water.

The Paycheck Protection Program was part of the CARES ACT.

…economists have found that the PPP did not save as many jobs as purported and aided too many businesses that were not at risk of going under.[2][3] They noted the other programs, such as unemployment insurance, food assistance, and aid to state and local governments, would have been more efficient at strengthening the economy. The program was criticized for its exorbitant cost, costing approximately $169k - $258k per job saved, and that the majority of benefits flowed to small-business owners, their creditors and their suppliers rather than to workers.[4] It is estimated that only 25% of the funding allocated went to jobs that would have been lost.[5][6]

Not too good.

You want to highlight what the other laws did? Are you not proud of them?

Tax Cuts and Jobs Act
We know about this one. It cut taxes for the wealthy and created a trillion dollar deficit BEFORE the word Covid was ever heard of.

Number one listed - The last bill President Obama signed was H.R. 39, the Tested Ability to Leverage Exceptional National Talent Act, or the TALENT Act. It is now Public Law 115–1. You are such a bonehead. Garbage in - garbage out

Public Law No: 115-3 (01/31/2017)
(This measure has not been amended since it was introduced. The expanded summary of the House passed version is repeated here.)
GAO Access and Oversight Act of 2017(Sec. 2) This bill authorizes the Government Accountability Office (GAO) to obtain federal agency records required to discharge the GAO's duties (including audit, evaluation, and investigative duties), including through bringing civil actions to require an agency to produce a record. No provision of the Social Security Act shall be construed to limit, amend, or supersede the GAO's authority to: (1) obtain information or inspect records about an agency's duties, powers, activities, organization, or financial transactions; or (2) obtain other agency records that the GAO requires to discharge its duties.
Agency statements on actions taken or planned in response to GAO recommendations must be submitted to: (1) the congressional committees with jurisdiction over the pertinent agency program or activity, and (2) the GAO.

Gee, is this a major piece of legislation by Trump standards?

But you couldn’t name one of these without AI. Could you? But you made the exact same challenge to Biden supporters.

H.J.Res.99 - Making further continuing appropriations for fiscal year 2017, and for other purposes. Tell us about this one genius

Right, he could just veto it, right genius?

President Biden chose to retain significant portions of Trump's tax cuts, particularly the corporate tax rate reduction, for several reasons. Firstly, raising the corporate tax rate back to pre-Trump levels could have slowed economic recovery, especially following the COVID-19 pandemic. A sudden increase might have discouraged investment, hindered job creation, and potentially led to companies relocating operations overseas to avoid higher taxes.

Secondly, maintaining a lower corporate tax rate aligns with Biden's focus on international competitiveness. The global economy demands that U.S. businesses remain competitive, and significantly higher taxes could have placed American companies at a disadvantage compared to their foreign counterparts. By keeping the lower corporate tax rate, Biden aimed to strike a balance between generating revenue and ensuring U.S. businesses remain strong in a global market.

Lastly, Biden’s administration sought to implement other tax reforms to fund their agenda, focusing on increasing taxes on wealthy individuals and closing loopholes, rather than fully reversing the corporate tax cuts. This approach allowed Biden to raise necessary funds for infrastructure and social programs without drastically altering the tax landscape for corporations, which could have destabilized the economy.

The Trump and Biden Administrations have the same number of legislative accomplishments, which is zero. An Administration as commonly referred to is of the executive branch. It has no legislative power. At best, agencies under its purview have rulemaking powers within the scope of the laws Congress has passed.

That’s dumb. The President signs bills into law and often plays an important roll in deciding which bills the Congress will prioritize and if they can get the votes needed to pass.

You should have learned that in the fifth grade

Signing a bill into law isn't an accomplishment. Literally an 8 year old who knew how to write their name and was shown where to do it could do this job.

and often plays an important roll in deciding which bills the Congress will prioritize
The President can, at best, make suggestions about what bills Congress should pass. He has zero power to make Congress act on such.

Signing a bill into law isn't an accomplishment.
As I said, the President can play a leading role in major bills.

The President can, at best, make suggestions about what bills Congress should pass. He has zero power to make Congress act on such.
A President can be called on to whip votes and get bills approved in either house

Says the guy who thinks that the executive branch legislates.
Never said or implied that. The President plays an important role in the making of a law, especially important bills with significant consequences

People can call it whatever they want. Doesn't change the fact that the PPACA was a bill passed by Congress, and that Obama couldn't have done a thing to make it law had Congress decided otherwise.

Right genius, and the Congress could never have gotten it passed without the President. See how that works?

“While the engine of legislative ideas and action is Congress itself, the President has influence in the legislative process, as well. The President recommends an annual budget for federal agencies and often suggests legislation. Perhaps more significantly, the power to veto legislation can affect the content of bills passed by Congress. Since it is quite unusual for law to be enacted over a presidential veto, Congress typically must accommodate the president’s position on proposed policies”
