It is good to see thett. Anyway I've pretty much said my piece here and I don't really want to continue on defending American liberals where maybe I don't actually really know what they're about. But on the gay thing and all that identity politics or whatever, I think that stuff levels out in time. Not gonna lie I find a lot of the pride stuff distasteful too and I don't think kids belong at drag shows or anything like that. A lot of it is just plain obscene frankly. Maybe I'm just too straight. But it always reminds me of my dog, hopefully this isn't going to be an offensive comparison lol. But when I let him back into the house from the yard after he's been barking outside to come in for a while, he does this thing where he barrels in the door and bounces around all the couches kicking off everything giving me this defiant look. Like he was compressed like a spring against the door outside until I decided to let him in. I think that's what all the pride parades and drag and in your face attitude is today. It's the first time queers have gotten to be themselves ever. They'll calm down eventually. They've just been pressed up against the closet door a long time. If you ignore them anyway.

Hopefully, they won't smear you as a homophobe for simply doing that!

That Trump has previously refused to disavow white supremacists?
It concerns me that people believe that when it is false.
Deceptive propaganda is dangerous. People who believe it and take it for granted are more dangerous.
Pretty sure I remember that actually happening when he was getting elected first time and the KKK or whoever was showing for him. That's a good few years ago now, but I watched that speech or rally or whatever it was. Some reporter asked him to disavow them and he said they were fine people or some crazy shit.

Great news for socialists: a new study has found that intelligent people are more likely to hold left-wing views.
If I were to say, "Great news for Richard Spencer: a new study has found that intelligent people are more likely to be white or Asian.", then I get kicked off for bigotry. If we were being logically consistent, this is anti-conservative bigotry.

Didnt Pol Pot { Cambodia's Khmer Rougel-ink } go after all of the intellectuals aka ' The Killing Fields ' in 1976?

1a} Stereo-typical Liberal: ....a democracy depends on well enough ---origins of public{ Fed/state } education--- educated people to make educated decisions...
2a} Stereo-typical conservative: ...we the people only need your other people to be educated enough to follow our directions and no more....

In a news conference after the rally protesting the planned removal of a Confederate statue, Trump did say there were "very fine people on both sides," referring to the protesters and the counterprotesters. He said in the same statement he wasn't talking about neo-Nazis and white nationalists, who he said should be "condemned totally."

@3RU7AL
I'm giving that to myself as an impressive feat of memory. I got the fine people.
Still seems real questionable where he is condemning them.

Way too many different topics to get into on this thread. If you want to narrow your question down I'll be happy to provide a thought out response.
