What's your point?
Nonetheless:
To be liked, is a fickle state of affairs.
And to be liked by most, would require one to be known by most.
And celebrity for example, comes with just as much resentment as it does with adulation.
Though adulation of celebrity, tends to be shallow sycophancy.
Because to seek widespread adulation is shallow and vain.
Better to be appreciated and tolerated by ones immediate connections.
