Sotomayor after dissenting from the recent Supreme Court decision gave a wink and a not to Biden claiming he now had the authority to assassinate Trump. 


America has now went from democrats jailing their political opponents to advocating for their assassination. Some former member of seal team 6 on Twitter have openly stated they are ready to carry out the orders if Biden gives them the call.

This just in, some democrats have said limited immunity means full immunity and have misinterpreted an easy to answer supreme court decision. 
Bullshit. The President has Full Immunity for official acts. His immunity is limited in that private conduct is not immune from prosecution.
An order to Seal Team 6 as Commander in Chief is definitely an official act.

2. Anti illegal immigration because it increases black and Hispanic unemployment and drives down wages

3. Made it easier to outlaw abortion. 50% of blacks are aborted before they are even born so this is the first step at ending the silent black genocide

4. Opposes increasing the minimum wage to $20 an hour. Studies show that African Americans are more likely to suffer from job loss after a minimum wage increase than whites.

5. Pro police. The refund police movement wants to remove police from black communities so they suffer more from being the victims of crime.

It's not a law it's a court decision made by your side's judges.

To answer your question though it seems like an accurate interpretation from what I have seen and I agree with the dissenting judges that it is a bad thing.

You are implying that it is an inaccurate interpretation but you are not outright saying that it is.

You know what's funny about Sotomayor decision. It is the judges duty to  determine the intention of the original framers of the constitution. 

Sotomayor in her decision doesn't do that. I stead she thinks about whether he decision would be good or bad for the country according to her own moral framework. That my friend is evil.

However if she wasn't trying to encourage a hit, why wouldn't she make her opinion claim that the ruling doesn't align with the framers intent and not explicitly explain how the law could be interpreted by disingenuous people to assassinate political rivals?

Not a domestic one. I didn't have a problem with the assassinating the Iranian president. I also don't think Trump should be able to lock up Biden for killing a foreign leader. We need to make sure presidents are safe to perform their duties without worrying about reprisals and we should be extremely lenient with presidents regarding this even if CNN and Fox both hate the particular president

Then kill all of his opposition, Trump twice.

There are no longer three coequal branches of government, the Executive Branch has the military, as Commander and in Chief Biden could deploy the military against Congress. 

All legal, and all justified if the President feels he is serving in his official capacity.
