He did not however address the underlying problem.

How did we benefit from the ban?

How did we benefit from  removal of the ban?

Do you understand how international travel is regulated.?

Do you understand that there are international standards used to clearly identify who is traveling?

Do you understand that seven countries did not  follow those standards ( although one later did while Trump was President, and the ban for that country was lifted .


"Travel restrictions are not based on the faith of the citizenry of a particular country but on assessments based on that country's information sharing or elevated risk levels" ( DHS cited above).
