I get Austin and Lunatic wanting to lynch since they were the first to accuse me and he's not going to just back down. Not what I think is the logical thing to do, but I understand it.
However, I don't understand why it's in your interest to join this wagon when you could just vote for no one and stop the lynch of a claimed doctor. People might be annoyed with you, but better to lynch no one than to risk killing the town's only doctor.

Don't feel too bad bout it. The town usually loses a player on day 1 anyway. Doesn't make a huge difference if it's me or someone else, as much as I'd like to make it to day 2.

I might as well explain myself here. I would actually prefer to go after Austin, but that ain’t happening. I would try to find some middle ground, but you didn’t really point me in a super clear direction, and I do want to lynch someone this dp, so I figure if your innocent, then I might get more people for an Austin bandwagon.

I think there have already been a number of good reasons to sus you behaviorally that Austin has already brought up, but I think it's worth mentioning a couple of things that set me off apart from that.
Given what we've seen so far of the existing claims, it's just not all that likely that there's a Doctor. Pie hasn't been using the usual standard claims for anyone that we've seen, and even if there ends up being one or two, it doesn't seem like he's going for standard protective roles. It also just isn't a very good match for your character in particular, who probably fits a BG better.
But I'd say what's getting to me most is this push to no lynch. You've shown in previous games a pretty solid understanding of the need to get as much info out of the first DP as possible, yet you've been breadcrumbing since early in the DP that you're fine with a no lynch just because we don't often hit scum. It seemed defensive from the get-go, and much as I understand hesitancy, I don't understand throwing away the lynch entirely. Even if all we gain is some PoE, it's beneficial, though it seems like we'll get more than that this time around.

I believe that if you flip town, we'll be considering Austin for next DP. That being said, it's pretty clear you're not on a scum team together (he's been solidly on your lynch from the start) and his claim seems plausible and townie to me given how early he outed. So, no, won't be going with that plan.
Anyway, I'm headed to bed. If you're still alive by morning, we'll keep doing this.
Meh, a lot of obvious scumtells dropped by Savant, but they can be pretty simply summarized as "flailing." Jumping around, no consistency in reads, attempting to get a wagon on anyone and everyone, even somehow trying to hammer me (lol).
I think he spewed Moozer as town with that interaction though. We'll see.

Eh... I don't like that lack of commitment to reads that much. At this point, you should be scumreading either me or Savant, not hedging your bets. At the same time, you're pretty new to this, and I townread you based on your interactions with Savant. Suffice to say, I'm definitely not going to be next day's lynch regardless of how Savant flips.

I'd agree in principle. But while Austin is someone I'd be pretty comfortable lynching, I'm not sure how much I can take your word that he would be a lynch target tomorrow. We "consider" lynching basically everyone, and it would be easy for him to take the focus off of what happened the previous day, since town members get lynched all the time and it might not be seen as significant that he accused the wrong person.
It also just isn't a very good match for your character in particular, who probably fits a BG better.
If Pie wanted to use the specific gimmick of a "non-self-targeting" doctor, what character would fit this in a neat way? Seems likely he wanted to use the role to have a town protective with a twist, then picked a character with a loose connection to the role.

How is lynching a town member beneficial just because it leads to information? Even ignoring the possibility of tunneling, accusations leading to a mislynch are often forgotten the next day in favor or whatever information was gained the previous night.

Lynching anyone is better than lynching someone I know is a town member (me). So yes, I will lynch anyone who might be scum if the alternative is being lynched myself.
I'm definitely not going to be next day's lynch regardless of how Savant flips.

Most of your reads so far seem to be picking something I do and saying "that's what a scum player would do," which is always going to be the case because scum players will try to act like town. Anything I do can be read as "a scum player, pretending to be pro-town." It's not clear what decisions you think I would make in this position as a town player or why those would be better for the town.

Especially a doctor, I should add.

Okay I am caught up. To clarify I am not a doctor, but I am essentially a doctor but slightly weaker. But there's no way this role exists with a doctor. Asking you guys to trust me on this one. If I am wrong and some reason there is two protective roles like mine that essentially function like a doctor, I will look foolish, but I will full claim next day phase if necessary. But I am pretty sure they asked pie if there was a doctor in the game and he answered no, so they thought doctor wasa safe fake claim and that is why he claimed it.
Austin is 100% town if savant is scum, hell he is probably town even if he isn't.
