Generally speaking, if you recognize that the game's slow, it's better to start engaging with people rather than just calling out how slow it is. Games speed up with more engagement.

Not the biggest fan of a committed group claim. I'm hoping to get a couple of claims in this DP, but I'd like that to be driven by something other than just three people self-selecting to out themselves (you included). I'd greatly prefer getting more behavioral analysis through engagement more or, absent that, getting claims from those who are relatively inactive in case they largely take a backseat in future DPs.

If we end up with no information, is it better to lynch randomly or lynch no one? I know the former is usually preferable in regular mafia, but we have a 7v2 numbers advantage against scum, and we've had a lot of day 1 mislynches (seems like it's usually what happens now). At least a single night could allow investigative roles time to gain some information. Has lynching no one day 1 ever been a viable strategy?

d1 lynch is always good imo. nks give no info other than flip, reads are built on day voting patterns, pushes, reactions, etc. d1 nolynch brings us into d2 a player down with minimal benefit
