You're wasting your time. They're idiots and can't comprehend simple concepts. You can't prove anything to them so why bother even listening to them?

That both skeptics and the mislead [ing] religious don't know the real teachings of the Bible, I have seen the wisdom in the way things have turned out, which is exactly the way the Bible foretold. And now I realize that I had been getting frustrated at what was happening even though I knew that the Bible itself said it would happen.

You should expand on the bold underlined above in a new thread. If I am reading it right, its probably the most interesting comment you have made since you landed here Ray....

Just out of curiosity what do you think I was getting at in the emboldened portion of my statement? I would rather hear what you think than have to tell you.

That sounds like a - "but before I do" - stalling  statement.
Regardless, I was thinking along the lines of Matthew 24:3-31 & maybe parts of Revelation?  If I have read it right?

Post # 5 That, Stephen, is what the emboldened text was about. The love of the greater number will cool off, the Bible foretold it because it was obvious that would happen.

So in actual fact is all your  wisdom concerning "the way that things have turned out" amounts to is  that you realised the bible states that there will be a "cooling off period" and it took you a post of a billion words on another thread to explain this!! on another thread titled FAITH!!! HERE>> https://www.debateart.com/forum/topics/11069-faith?page=1&post_number=5

FFS !!!  You absolute boring tit!
No wonder people fall asleep and then fall out of windows to their death after listening to your absolute nauseating shite, just as  Eutychus did after listing to Paul bore everyone silly with his long preaching.

Acts 20:9  And there sat in a window a certain young man named Eutychus, being fallen into a deep sleep: and as Paul was long preaching, he sunk down with sleep, and fell down from the third loft, and was taken up dead.

I'm a god, you're a god, an atheist himself is a god. Jesus basically says in their laws we're gods if not mistaken.
I might not be a god.

I might not be a god.
Well, Diego Armando Maradona is a God, the God of football. So, there might be some truth on it.

Let's not do this "you know what I'm talking about".

This isn't a social small chat network. We're still in a debating platform where specific words as is will be used against you or for you.

I understand. Even the scripture says wipe the dust off your feet.

But besides scriptural matters, I still have cause to debate so I debate thy cause.

So, let me ask a specific question.

Even though I'm sure you fully understood the question I was asking.

Can you prove the GOD, on which the Christian Faith is founded.

Possibly.

The god that the christian faith found.

I would have to get clarity from which Christian or Christians we're talking about.

I think I have a topic thread about the scriptures teaching Christian and Christianity is a man invented religion, hence all these different denominations.

The thing is , just because you can't prove the bible false, doesn't mean it's automatically true. It doesn't make it automatically false. This is why I encourage you to only make neutral statements on it.

Don't say it's fictitious or mythical or anything of that sort. If you don't believe in it, just leave it at that.

Well, I get that. I used to enjoy debate very much myself. I just got to the point where I had to ask myself is this personal? Ego? Ideology? Am I wasting my time? Controversy for the sake of controversy? (1 Timothy 6:4) Online debate tends to make monsters of us. It makes us our own enemy. I've found a great deal of peace in being able to walk away and brush the dust off. And I never take it personally 'cause I've been down in the muddy pit wrestling with the pigs thinking to myself something God said. Pearls before swine. Swine have no need of pearls being shoved down their throat. The pigs in that analogy aren't just them, it's us.

Here is an interesting page that reminds me of the way I used to be, and our lovely legion of laundry, Best Korea

My assumption is that all popular Middle Eastern religions invented at a similar time, are all founded upon the same notion of GOD.

Would this be a wildly incorrect assumption?

Obviously rituals vary accordingly, as the religions that I allude to became antagonistic societies that sought to control people and resources.

Put away anger and malice. I asked several individuals on here, do you get frustrated, upset , etc.?

I ask them what are they doing to overcome that.

Did Jesus lie about the prophets concerning ****him***?
    1. We only know Jesus's words and beliefs as far as the authors of the Gospels present them.
    2. The authors of the Gospels did not maliciously "lie"; they reinterpreted scripture to reconcile the sacred past with emerging beliefs and experiences, which believers have done for generations upon generations. Lying is intentionally deceiving; this is more like seeing what you want to see.
    3. In the Synoptic Gospels Jesus is actually repeatedly cagey about whether he even is the subject of the prophesies he himself references.

Indeed, Castin. . Jesus was cagey about a few thing.   I would say that like any seasoned politician that he was a master of the none answer.

    Example:

    Matthew
Jesus entered the temple courts, and, while he was teaching, the chief priests and the elders of the people came to him. “By what authority are you doing these things?” they asked. “And who gave you this authority?”
Jesus replied,  before I answer “I will also ask you one question [first]. If you answer me, I will tell you by what authority I am doing these things. John’s baptism—where did it come from? Was it from heaven, or of human origin?”

They discussed it among themselves and said, “If we say, ‘From heaven,’ he will ask, ‘Then why didn’t you believe him?’ But if we say, ‘Of human origin’—we are afraid of the people, for they all hold that John was a prophet.”
So they answered Jesus, “We don’t know.”
Then he said, “Neither will I tell you by what authority I am doing these things.

I'm asking these people did Jesus lie and can't get a yes or no flat.

Scripture say " But let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil."

Jesus is mentioned in the Book of Isaiah and Bool of Malachi  as the Messiah who will deliver the Jews from their bondage. The New Testament is the fulfillment of that promise.

Ok, let us see your biblical evidence for  that claim.
All the promises of God in the Old Testament are fulfilled in Jesus Christ. That is, when you have Christ, sooner or later you will have both Christ Himself and all else that God promised through Christ (2 Cor. 1:20).
The law was kept perfectly by Christ. And all its penalties against God’s sinful people were poured out on Christ. Therefore, the Law is manifestly not the path to righteousness, Christ is. The ultimate goal of the Law is that we would look to Christ, not law-keeping, for our righteousness (Rom. 10:4).
