I felt a little bit unsure regarding Vader's role and character claim for some reason and I suddenly realized why, I remembered that there's another character who fits Cop much better. Reyna is one of the leaders at Camp Jupiter and she has dogs with the ability to sense deception and wrongdoing. She's also a fairly well-known character (probably on par with Nico). So I definitely sus Vader a bit for this reason.
I would rather not that we go after cop, even tho I am kinda upset that he didnt investigate me, as my role cannot be confirmed otherwise.
Also, 1x cop makes sense with emissary, but I would doubt if he was unlimited cop, since that would be kinda overpowered for town.

Also, I´m concerned about the Joebob lynch yesterday. First, the total lack of resistance (I think all the votes switched over within a page or two), and second, the fact it happened at all.
It's honestly your fault. I told you to hammer GP and I was actually not even going to lynch joebob but that claim came across as wrong

Harder for me to call that since Vader openly sussed me several times during the last DP. Admittedly, he sussed me for being against the lynch, and then apparently sussed me again because I was on the lynch, so I do want a better explanation for why he targeted me than “he had some scum moments and town moments.”

If I am innocent, then I am most likely town, so it doesnt matter which role I have. But right now I am fucked as the two players who could have confirmed me both no longer can. And I really dont know why you guys jumped on that Joe lynch when GP was the obvious lynch. So to put it simply, town cant win anymore unless really lucky.

I remembered that there's another character who fits Cop much better.
Cop is a very risky fake claim, as it's such a common role. Further, hosts are imperfect all the time in that regard.
I'll outright say for my own role and character, that there are bound to be better matches if someone reads enough of the books. Likely Pie wanted to have my character in the game, for balance wanted someone with my role in the game, and then made them fit.

Whats true now is that I cant confirm myself in any way unless there is a 3rd cop-like role in game, which I highly doubt there is, so yeah I dont even care if I am lynched at this point, as I dont like playing the game as non-confirmable anyway. Even if there is tracker in the game, I cannot be confirmed as my role doesnt do anything in any sense, and I am basically vanilla until I die.
Don't have much time to catch up rn but:

-I'm still suspicious of Vader for both mechanical and thematic reasons, but we'll have to wait to see his reads

I would say that having three investigative roles in one game is perhaps a bit too much.
I really am not ad this is why I advocate rushing lynches in general.
Yet another problem for mafia philosophy. That being said, I don't think I made a wrong call by refusing to hammer GP while I was online. Hammering would deny us the ability to get information from Joebob, who was being sussed all over the place behaviorally.
What was the wrong call was you actually hammering Joebob. We still had an hour and a half left in the DP, and I promised I would be online half an hour before it ended to hammer if necessary. I've read the last few pages over and over - even with the benefit of hindsight, I still don't get why you flashwagoned him.
Let's go over the events slowly.
-Joebob is on 4/6. About 3 hours remain in the DP.
-Joebob claims Nico and Emissary. He claims his role closely to how its described in the PM, only slightly vaguer.
-GP and Wylted ask for clarification (reasonably)
-whiteflame directly susses Joebob before Joebob has a chance to respond, solely based on the MafiaUniverse description (which as we've already established with Soldier, Pie mishmashes roles weirdly)
-Joebob responds badly to whiteflame, doesn't clarify why his role is different
-whiteflame calls BS
-Vader jumps off, then jumps back on the wagon
-whiteflame and Vader call BS on Joebob's version of the role - again, solely based on it being different than an unofficial official source
-Before Joebob has a chance to respond further, Wylted votes him out without explanation less than 2 minutes after Joebob clarifies his role
Like no matter how you slice it, that's horribly anti-town. Maybe it's my personal philosophy, but given the choice between a suboptimal but guaranteed lynch, or lynching a player who could potentially confirm themselves and provide useful info for us, going for the latter makes no sense.
I know I'm fixating on this a lot, but I'm genuinely shocked how fast the wagon ran away without a single town member trying to slow it down - to me, it seems that the wagon must've been "encouraged" by at least one scum member.

If he was a x1 cop, it would make sense, since he has no more results to give and thus no reason to hide. On the other hand, claiming a x1 cop at all is rather silly, considering now he's reduced the potential PR pool by one for scum to choose from

For that matter, if you really want to kill GP so badly, why didn't you hammer him on the first DP?
Nvm you are on his wagon, but still, you could've just refused to vote Joebob out. Out of the remaining people on GP's wagon - BK, Earth, and Joebob, the former two wanted GP out and the latter wasn't going to vote himself.

As for the Cop claim from Vader... anyone else find that distinctly strange after the Emissary flip? They're not 1-to-1, but they are similarly built around determining whether someone is town-aligned, just by distinct means (Cop by targeting someone else and finding out whether they're innocent, and Emissary apparently by just receiving information that indicates the identity of a town
I didn't want to go here yet but I did want to insult Austin once again for being anti town by speculating on roles and ignoring behavioral analysis.
I also want to say that I don't want to share this because it may hurt town but also because this is my favorite role and revealing it ensures that I essentially become a vanilla.
I wanted GP dead because he was known scum. Him dying was good for me because I am the dreamer. For those who don't know that means I dream of 3 people and at least 1 is always scum. A result with GP in it would essentially make the dream useless. Also on another note, the ability is useless if I am visited and I was visited last night.
I don't know if this is a CC of Vader but I feel it is close enough that his claim warrants discussion.
Now you understand why I targeted GP, but I feel he was an obvious lynch either way.
Now Joebob was just unlucky . He literally claimed just about the only thing that would make me vote him. I thought there's no way his role and dreamer are both in the game, but apparently I was wrong.
