Lets get a claim from vader and then no lynch. If we all have non vanilla roles than we can gain more information NP1 than DP1

I just went through all of Pie's old games (all 10 of them, excluding his quickfire). Maybe this helps, although not as much as I hoped.

Some notes:

-He used the Soldier role in TWO OTHER games, not including the Fakeclaim he gave to Speed

-He's included weird roles (defined as one I haven't seen in any other game except his) in 7/10 (70%) of his games

-He has given a fake role claim in 2/10 (20%) of the games

-He has given a fake char claim in 1/10 (10%) of the games

-He has given a fake role + char claim in 2/10 (20%) of the games

-He has not given any fakeclaim in 5/10 (50%) of the games

-He has used a third party in 1/10 (10%) of the games

-In that game, it was a killing role, and teams were ranked based on final standing

Why getting a claim from Vader, and not anyone else in particular?

Me and GP are basically vanilla, so think in dp1 either vanilla gets lynched either there is no lynch, so unless we somehow find confirmed scum this dp, which I doubt we will, then I suggest we lynch vanilla or do no lynch. Also, stop further claiming in this dp as it gives scum more precise targets for night kill.

True rolemadness is just not fun IMO, based on the results of my last game. There's way too much swinginess - the game basically comes down to luck in the night actions

I suggest we save that for dp2, as scum already knows GP and I are insignificant targets, and any further claiming would either reveal an important role or reveal an insignificant role, both would help scum with night kill, so I suggest we dont do that. Two role claims in dp1 is enough.

Why did you claim your role so early anyway? You could've waited for others to claim roles related to items (if there are any) and then weakly confirmed them

I think we are going to have to lynch GP anyway, as he is not town, and he could really hurt us late game and rig the game to end on dp5. Also, he has no reason to help town, as he doesnt even win with town, so he could easily decide to help scum.

I agree. Don’t role claim anymore this DP. It just gives the scum easier targets.

I was lurking because I wanted to try how it feels to invest minimal effort into game, like I have seen some other players doing, as I do like changing strategies, plus I wondered how long I can get away with not posting anything at all, and I was about to not even post anything at all, but I saw them gathering to lynch me, and my role seemed useful at first so I decided to play anyway. Now when I know that my role is most likely just slightly above vanilla, I feel like I could have let them lynch me anyway and it wouldnt change much, but I think maybe someone can confirm my role in dp2, maybe cop will confirm it, and GP does seem like a better lynch given that he admitted to not being town and any situation where scum vs town is something like 2vs3 or 3vs4... GP can make scum win easily by joining them to hammer.

Yea I do. I’ve read the series like 3-4 times, not as much as you however. I’m going to reread what he said to confirm he said what I think he did, but I absolutely think it is a role, wether that fake claim or his actual role.

Plus, its kind of a historical tradition to kill prophets, so it would also be epic.

Not exactly pro-town, but I buy it if only because it would be much more convincing to give some other excuse

So just reading up to page 4 it's been bombarded with GreyParrots claim. From my POV and my experience, Grey will not budge or try to contribute much more to dissecting the role than he does now. I think that it is pointless to deeply dissect his role into deeper detail and leave potential scum untargeted. I think it is a waste of time because we know Pie gives niche roles that we may not find in other games. I also know that Pie does not give fake role claims. I buy the claim but I still have the FoS, but it is meaningless to waste a DP debating on it. I am a bit suspicious of whiteflame for dragging out a convo to try to draw a lot more attention to it, a lot more than he usually does in these games. Austin feels town considering he is looking at the role from the mods perspective and doing a lot of that, but I'm not sure if that's normal considering I haven't played with him in a game (from what i recall).

BestKorea's soft claim is wayy to vague for it to be a Pie role description

BestKorea's role is scummy asf. Giving a role to someone when they die? So it's essentially an useless role no matter what. sure it's very vague but that's wayy to vague of a role. BK is top of my scum list.

There is a clear difference between GP and BK. Gp has been active trying to contribute, but BK had been lurking around and as a result made some sort of vague fake claim 

whiteflame's relative dismissal of BKorea suspicious role while pushing at GreyParrot reads me as a bit scum, considering I haven't really seen him that aggressive in  a DP in a while

Good to hear your thoughts. A few things:

-We did spend quite a bit of time on GP, although I think WF brought up a legitimate reason to sus him - but I guess we collectively agreed to buy it? If only because there's not much else we can really get out of GP/

-Pie gave fake role claims in the past, check my analysis of his previously modded games. However, it's worth noting that his last two games had no fake role or char claims.

-Yeah I'm definitely approaching this game from a more setup-heavy analysis style, sort of a natural consequence of me reading through dozens of setups while designing my own.

I'll a little bit concerned on why you sussed Korea. It's a strange and highly specific role to fakeclaim, along with a character softclaim that literally fits the book exactly. Also, you know that everyone is a PR, right? Pie said it's rolemad.
