Look at the reality we are in. Think hard who is rewarded more. God can't be a worship hungry narcissist, it must be another psyche-type of deity.
The real god prefers people who get on with life rather than those dedicating a life to 'god'.

This is what religion is about, right?
Religion is to project psycologically your fears and angst to an imaginary powerful being so this being can deal with it and not you. It's kind of cowardice but it works.
I really don't blame these people because they are broken inside and the only way for them to overcome their problems is through the religious "God".
That doesn't mean there is no "God", I'm just saying that people wouldn't accept the real nature of this "God" (the creator of all that exists).
