Are men and women equal?

You're lucky that I am a patient man. Let me explain to you now as if you were a child.

Women are diverse. Men are diverse, too. So, you CANNOT say all women are the same, as if they were made by the same model. Likewise the men.

In average men are physically stronger than women, IN AVERAGE, but this is not a reason to find a woman that is stronger than a man. If you pick the strongest woman of the world, this woman can be stronger than 20% of men, just to say a number, but this doesnt mean women are stronger than men because that would be a falacious generalization. Do you understand now?

The same happens with the character and emotional features.

gender is completely made up. It's like the dictionary, words change, are removed, and are added as society agrees that it should be. Of course, not everyone agrees with me which is fair. However, I truly think that just like words, gender is up to however the general people want to see it which is why I think it isn't "real." 

On the other hand, sex is completely real and biological. Even that isn't completely black and white, as everyone has different levels of hormones and brain chemistries that mix it up. That's not even mentioning intersex people.

I use the words gender and sex alternately as synonymous is what I'm saying preferentially.

But I understand you use the term as meaning a social construct.

You're not the only one who has to have patience, join the club. You should expect this in debates, even in discussions. Not everyone has the same worldview so expect misunderstandings, explanations, nothing new comrade.

Yes, it can be said, yes it can beproven in a history of established justice, equality had been achieved.Conviction of crime is a method if creating men and women equal. This is awhole truth but does not reflect justice as criminal laws can be written thatmake it impossible for some to afford litigation to defend honor. Do youconcede women and men who are both convicted by a court of law are equal true,I am not asking if they are in fact guilty only if they are equal. I would liketo move on to the search for more information on a pressing matter of theperfect state of the union with justice.
