Since you dropped that price of food, rent, healthcare and smartphones didnt increase by as much as you claimed, even decreased in some cases, I dont see whats there to talk about. I am not interested in your ranting or your opinions about how cement is expensive.

If you are claiming the price of food has dropped relative to 2019 then either you're lying or you don't buy your own food.

I already gave you the example of bananas being increased by 5 cents. So no big difference.

A left-tribe source agrees:

$1.50/$0.99 = 50% increase.

[Best.Korea] Are you saying that smartphones are more expensive now per use value?
No. I don't know and I don't care. They're all made in CCP anyway.

So you like pizza and cement. Its like your brain naturally picks more expensive things to buy and then complains how expensive they are.

Why cant you satisfy yourself with banana and chicken meat?

"Like"

Yea, portland cement is just a lifestyle choice. I am overlooking the easy cheap option of cutting out megaliths with my mind and sonically levitating them into position.

You realize how hard it is to get county governments to approve of anything even slightly deviating from the inane way houses are built in north America? (Oh look, government fucking things up again. No pattern to see here)

chicken meat?
The chicken is more expensive. The fish is even more-more expensive. Eggs were very expensive for a long time, they've recently dropped. Unfortunately if you try to get all your protein from eggs you die of a heart-attack because of all the cholesterol.

Here is a fun fact. Prices at different places are different. So there is no "official figures" that represent the chicken from all USA.

At least you conceded that eggs are cheaper.
Now, there are many sources of protein, going from milk to cheese to protein bars to peanuts to many types of nuts and some fruit like banana(remember that bananas are cheap).
Now, I cannot know what you are after. Body builders need much more protein than non-body builders. In fact, I never even cared much for protein since I am not a body builder.
Have you considered buying protein in powder?

Were you aware that wages are higher now than they were in 2019?

Because you are acting as if wages are same now as what they were in 2019.

They were actually increased by over 20% since then.

You do realize that with 6% wage growth and 3% inflation, in this year people will have 24% rise in real wages?

Thats on top of already high wage rise since 2019.

You cant have higher wages, cheaper smartphones, cheap bananas, cheaper healthcare, and expect that all other prices also remain cheap.

You are looking for perfection and you cant see that you are already richer than you were in 2019.

Huh! Wow! You learn something new every day. I guess 'we' are just supposed to trust you over any official statistics.

 December 2019 to December 2023:
326.764/260 = 125%

Why does this keep happening:
Somebody: X is true, blogs told me so. Government data is the best indicator. TRUST THE SCIENCE!
Me: You can't trust them, look at all the times they have deceived.
Somebody: That's just you being a conspiracy theorist. How come nobody credible agrees with you (credibility is defined by agreeing with the government when you ask).
Me: The government sources (often the exact same databases) are contradicting your claims.
Somebody: What do you believe everything you read? There are no official statistics. Trust the big bold letters on 'news' articles, not the data

It's like the universe is conspiring to trigger me. It knows how much I hate hypocrisy.

Have you considered buying protein in powder?
You know they make that out of milk right? You're basically paying a premium for the service of removing sugars & fats and powdering it. Silly if you're trying to feed yourself efficiently.

I didnt say official data was wrong. You do realize that both data can be correct for different places? Do you honestly believe chicken costs same everywhere?
I merely pointed out that chicken is indeed cheaper in some places in USA. There are probably things that are right now cheaper in your place, but your ideology doesnt let you see it.

Thought we covered this. A reminder: Bullshit

You do realize that with 6% wage growth and 3% inflation, in this year people will have 24% rise in real wages?
I realize that's bullshit. The inflation is higher and the wage growth less (on average).

You are looking for perfection and you cant see that you are already richer than you were in 2019.
Everything is more expensive, I make the same amount of money, the housing market is on the verge of collapse (because nobody can actually afford to buy a house at these so called prices); I can't fix the houses I have, the people living in them are facing homelessness if I increase rent, but I'm richer. Got it.

I don't know why I thought things weren't going well. Bidenomics is a fantastic success. Steel prices remain 2x as US steel is bought by a foreign company.
Nucor stands ALONE (attacked by EPA), but that's just my silly right-tribe biases at work complaining about that. If I would just focus on bananas and mass producer Chinese consumer electronics I would see that everything is fine. Cement and steel are for the weak, normies don't care about those things. CNN doesn't talk about them after all.

I know, AVOCADOS (from Mexico); they're pretty tasty. I should focus on avocado toast. Life is good, government speaks only truth.

67% of the people who did not vs the 33% that did see an adequate wage rise. That's what matters in an election where every vote is worth the same.

Actually, both employment and wages increased significantly.

"Today, the U.S. Department of Labor’s Bureau of Labor Statistics released the monthly Jobs Report which shows the unemployment rate has dropped to 3.4% with more than a half million jobs created in January and 800,000 manufacturing jobs created in the last two years.
“President Biden’s economic plan is working,” said Commerce Secretary Raimondo. “When President Biden took office, the unemployment rate was 6.3%. Today, it is just 3.4%. That’s the lowest in 54 years.”"

So not only are people earning more money, but now more people earn money.

So not only are people earning more money,

Yeah, 33% according to Biden support polls are getting a windfall, I agree. They are the ones inflating the average.

69% disagree according to the poll on Bidenomics.

You think that after taxing the rich more, the rich got richer?

What was Trump's unemployment again?

15%?

So in Trump's economy, 15% of adults dont make any money.

Nobody is going to praise your Bidenomic plan that requires you to work 2 jobs to pay for groceries. Employment stats are misleading and garbage.

You think that after taxing the rich more, the rich got richer?
Even after paying the fees, insider trading is extremely profitable. Just ask Pelosi about it.

Cool. Some people wish they could go back to retirement instead of working 2 jobs at 65 to pay for groceries and rent.

Who do you think pays for all the insider trading? It isn't rich people...

It had better be a huge change to change the current polls. And not for just the 33% rich people either.

Maybe take a page out of the Trump playbook and send checks directly to poor people.

Income concentration does not imply income is focused on the previously wealthy, but it is a fact that the previously wealthy are getting more wealthy faster.

It's a subset of rich people that are causing that, namely deep state beneficiaries. The big stockholders in real businesses (that produce goods and services instead of stealing) aren't doing so hot.

What was Trump's unemployment again?
"Unemployment" is pseudoscience. They decide how many people ought to participate in the workforce. That's the number you're talking about: [made up number ] - #people working = [another made up number]

So in Trump's economy, 15% of adults dont make any money.
What did I say in the beginning? You oversimplify. You don't know what you're talking about. "unemployment of 15%" DOES NOT MEAN "85% of adults are working" NOR is working the only way people have an income.
