I forgot to say "...but cellular life is NOT actual ([a]) human life."HistoryBuff understood the point I was making. It's not that hard.
A Zygote is.

To call a fetus a child seconds after fertilization is a exaggeration.
To call a fetus a baby seconds of fertilization is an exaggeration. To call fetus/baby a child ---much less a being born out-- and has taken its first inspiration of air/oxygen and not had chord severed is another exaggeration on your part.
Egg cell and spermazoa are alive.
The spermazoa is a gift to the woman to do with as she so chooses with her bodily organisms.
Unless they have a prearranged contract otherwise the above is truth and fact of the mater.
For others to stick their nose into a pregnants womans bodily business without her consent is virtual rape.
Cancer is a cell, with a sole purpose of killing another organism. It has no chance of becoming its own being. A zygote does.
Each stage of a pregnancy is ascribed scientific labels for a reason. They define the stage of development along the 9-month process of said pregnancy.
The only reality/issue of a pregnancy is fetal viability.
Anything prior to it is immaterial, and it is precisely why over 89-95% of ALL abortions have been historically before 14 weeks gestation, with the majority of those being before 6 weeks. Less tha1.2% are after fetal viability and they're for dire situations.
ok. so a chance at becoming a person, makes something a person? By that logic semen is a person. It has a chance of becoming a person.
Each stage of a pregnancy is ascribed scientific labels for a reason. They define the stage of development along the 9-month process of said pregnancy.Logical common sense critical thinking is involved in any scientific methodology. The words used may have varied by scientists in biologic field over the years. Please share when you can be specific in point to the words/phrases etc that invalidate my logical common sense critical thinking as presented.
"Logical common sense critical thinking..." = Word Salad.
The only reality/issue of a pregnancy is fetal viability.
At any time during the pregnancy PRIOR TO fetal viability, remove it, and it automatically dies. Why? It simply has not gestated long enough to sustain its own biological and physiological functionality. With or without medical assistance. FACT!~
The rest of your post is just more word salad gibberish.
Zygote doesn't need another cell.
Nope.My argument is that a girl who involves herself in sex, has agreed to the possibility of getting pregnant. Therefore, it is still her body/her choice, because she can choose whether to have sex or not.
of course they do. They need to grow brains, lungs, bones etc. If they fail to do this, which could happen for any number of reason, a person will never exist.
Zygotes only need resources. They grow as its own biological creature.
so the same as a sperm. They need an egg in order to start the process to become a personA zygote needs all kinds of things to be given to it in order to continue the process of becoming a person.
20 days later
Nope. A sperm needs an eggA zygote grows on its own as its own biological creature.
How does the law deal with that ?
A zygote grows on its own as its own biological creature.
This instinct is observable as early as 8 weeks when the nervous system develops its first instinctive responses to preserve its life.
Restricting access to abortion goes against science, safety, and human dignity and portends a dangerous future.
Fetus depends upon woman's body. Woman's body does not depend upon a fetus. Woman created the fetus. The only reason why fetus exists is due to woman's action of creating it. Woman has a right to remove fetus from her body to prevent further expense of her body
all babies who rest in the womb of their ambassador
Just as you would get into your car, but you don’t want to crash, when you enter that car, you are consenting to the possibility of getting into a wreck.
